    If you don't know Thai defamation laws why are you running a business? Probably the first thing you need to learn. What you should have done is take photos and sent them to the grubby lawyer. Here pal,this is the mess you left us. Pay us extra. The cleaning fee is 500 baht grub. That's how you deal with people. Go direct.

    USA gives massive payouts for defamation. Look at that Mayor Rudi. That doesn't happen in other countries.

    Defamation laws outside Thailand/USA are not very strong. I think they received bad advice to sue. Most people hate big corporations suing people. Likely loss of lawsuit plus bad PR.

    16yo is legal age in many countries. Throw away the keys? He committed a crime. He didnt molest 4yos or kill 10 people. Humans should own their decisions 15yo+. Kids are kissing each other age 10+. And no it's not something I would do so don't respond with creepy stuff. The laws on these things vary. Really it's strange that in one country no crime whilst in another a crime.

    Nothing lucky about being old. Talk to people over 75yo and ask them if they would rather be 76 or 56 or 36? Everyone says 36 or 56. Nobody says 76.

    All social media is linked to depression. Maybe if you can't quit put a time limit on it. Like a food restriction. One burger a week. Social media 5pm to 6pm only or whatever suits. If you have a diary and you plan out your days life tends to be better. Also if someone is being nasty that's not your fault. Some woman or business deal went south and they are putting their anger onto anyone in front of them.

    Swimming probably isnt the no 1 priority in locations.

    Thailand has good steaks and burgers so no I don't miss western food much. The only things I miss are good choices in milk and cheese.

    Does Pattaya have good burgers? I found a burger place in Chiang Dao that was outstanding. Not cheap but totally worth it.

    Go to Nong Khai or Nakhon Phanom if you want good Vietnamese food.

    The government gives them money for having children so there isn't much downside from dating bad boys. When they turn 50 and the freebies stop they realise they should have married the quiet guy.

    I've never paid high taxi prices on a meter. Never seen a rigged meter. Tik Tok bottom feeders should be banned I think. Get a real job.
