Arcadia Continental is newer but a dump IMO. Big pool and a decent gym were the only plus when I checked it out as a possible lease. Small rooms , 26 sqm, Access to your room from under ground parking a hassle with groceries. No direct entry. Worst of all it reminded me of Grand Central Station or Swampy Airport in BKK. Short term travelers constantly coming and going. A Zoo. And as with most Pattaya condos, shoddy construction.
