Tried the bus routine a couple of times for the “experience “. Twice was enough for many of the reasons already mentioned. Now it’s Nam taxi for Airport and Yuri for BKK city. No issues with the drivers. Same with flying. Before I would alternate between business and economy or premium economy (if available). I can’t be bothered anymore so business now is standard if under or about 4K USD from the USA. Made some good decisions in life (and some bad) so enjoying the benefits of the good. Suppose I’m fortunate or blessed after reading about all those in need of “go fund me” accounts, especially in Thailand.
