    As I sad we visited the entire city as we wanted to see different areas so tried different hotels. Had a great time. You need to sober up and stop posting fake comments.

Russians are few and far between in most areas. 6 hotels we stayed in had less than 15 Russians total. 5 beaches there was only 1 area with more than 20 foreigners and most accents not Russian. The night markets had lots of foreigners but less than half Russian. Most of the beach areas were empty. The largest groups were Thai. Guys sitting in condos drinking need to get out more.

    I visited the entire city. Went to all night markets. Russians were a minority. So many empty beaches for kms. So many fake postings on here from people who are sitting in basements and condos.

    You should go visit. It is a nice place. Most beach areas little to no people. Russians want the adult nightlife in Phuket and Pattaya. Hua Hin doesn't appeal to them.

    After 4 weeks you will be bored with it and give up. It doesn't build much strength. Weight lifting is better. If you want something that is kind of fun find a gym with sandbags or things like atlas stones. If you want to train at home buy dumbells.

    Just asking about live football. Guess few bother with live stuff. It doesn't bother me. They can have boring lives if they want.

    I don't eat rice soup much as there many better Thai foods. There seems to be a lot of foreigners in Thailand who don't do much. Muay Thai is world class, football live would be ok and live rock music is ok. Most sports bars in Thailand are dead boring. Why do these guys even go to Thailand? Can only think of 1 reason.

    So why do they eat fish n chips then in Thailand? They ate it back in europe already.

    The reason being most guys sit in pubs drinking and don't get out much.

    I'd stay in Samui for 4 nights, more things to do. Don't worry about transfers. Thailand is extremely easy to move around in. All the beach areas will have a travel agent that can book for you, pick you up from hotel and transfer to pier. They sell minivan/ferry combo tickets.
