  1. 2 eggs and toast is only about 18 grams of protein. Adults need at least 50 grams. Be losing muscle on that diet.

  3. Yes but 2 eggs and toast is pretty limited. I think the omad diet is supposed to be a large meal like 1000 calories.

  12. Low intensity exercise burns very few calories per hour though. About 300 calories only. 3 hours of walking around 900 calories. Thats a lot of daily walking to burn off fat.

  15. Not correct. Body burns carbs first as glycogen is stored in the muscles then burns fat second. You never burn fat until glycogen stores are low.
  16. Calories in and out is 95% right. Nobody knows the whole picture. 1g if fat is 9 calories. 1g of protein is 4 calories. 1g of carbs is 4 calories. But excess carbs spike insulin so body stores more fat. So protein is the best macro.

  20. Your comments are way off. Carnivore diet people are lean. I doubt it is healthy long term though.
