Bangkok launches major drug prevention initiative with urine tests

I thought he lived here but didn’t know what he was talking about. But now think about it, I think you might be right. Always harping on but usually with statements that are wrong. Similar to the other two. They don’t mind misquoting either when it suits them. -

The three stooges all on the same thread with absurd, off topic replies. Join in the chorus. Haven’t you men got anything better to do. -

As you know mate, back in our country there is a lot of push back against immigrants who show up and demand everything to be same in their countries WHEN it suits them. Nothing worse. Locals hate them -
Actually this is my third trip here and I am living permanently now. The first person I spoke to here many moons ago was an Issan bar girl, which is quite common here amongst the western males who travel alone or with other western males to Thailand. Those Issan bargirls are the front line. Let me guess, you live in Issan?

Rubbish. The year 2023 was the warmest year since global records began in 1850 at 1.18°C (2.12°F) above the 20th-century average of 13.9°C (57.0°F). This value is 0.15°C (0.27°F) more than the previous record set in 2016. The 10 warmest years in the 174-year record have all occurred during the last decade (2014–2023). -

That must be fun at parties when many people are talking at once? Might be ok for single sentences, but socially I don’t think Thais are going to be bothered with a farang and a google translator. -

amphetamine use is a huge problem for families, medical staff and society in general. i don’t condone drink driving universally, although same people are perfecting fine doing it. But not you Young Richard, anything more than two beers and you are affected. -
I would think it was the speed that caused the death, not the alcohol. if he was observing the speed limit it would not have happened. why do they manufacture cars for the public that do these speeds?

They can not really walk in because it is hard to get a visa that they must apply for and pay for even if it gets rejected. most are struggling with the terrible economy especially the many who operate thai restaurants that are really feeling it with the cost of living crisis I think you will find us Brits complain about foreigners more than you will hear the Thais whining about foreigners. It was what got Brexit over the line. -

They already do that in Thailand, usually around factory areas at going home times. it is an effective deterrent. a lot of employers also have unannounced random tests for workers which is also a good deterrent. they should do it at schools also. -
As a male, it is impossible to walk around Pattaya without being sexually assaulted. Which is why I like it there.
