I have to state that after reading some of the comments here, it is clear as to what is the vermin. It's not the dogs. They are Thai born and bred. It's some of the foreigners coming here thinking that they know better than the indigenous peoples. Now where have we seen that before? Complaining, abusing... insisting that it must be done in the way of their home countries. You can see it in their everyday posts. Always complaining or thinking they know it better than the locals.
