  1. Why didn't you get your money back, rather than a voucher?
  2. Only useful if you can actually attain 20 Mbps at your main location. Truemove H and DTAC are relatively slow in my local apartment, so I use AIS. Their 15Mbps 100GB annual pack is 2750 baht.
  3. Yes. They might give you an unlock code if you had a contract with them previously. Otherwise, you'll have to do it through a third party. You can compare prices from the unlocking services on the web. Here's one such example: https://techunlockhub.com/unlocking-alcatel-4g-lte-mifi-y855-y855v-y850-y850v-y850o-y853-y858-y800z-y854-y853vb-y854vb-ee60vb-ee40vb-y800i-y800ma-mw40nf-mw40v-y901-mw40vd-mw42l-ee70-mw42-hh130-r217-r21/ There are many. https://www.alcatelmobile.com/product/mobile-broadband/mobile-wifi/linkzone-cat7/
  4. Is there no Skype Voicemail service?

  6. Here's a simple guide to putting it back where it was: Necessary files can be found here: https://www.windowslatest.com/2024/06/23/you-can-restore-wordpad-in-windows-11-24h2/ It's not a permanent solution, as Microsoft won't be updating it, but it will give you time to evaluate other options, such a Libre Office.
  7. If you like WordPad, then just reinstall it. Otherwise use Word, Libre Office or what ever you like.
  8. They do mention evap in some of the descriptions.
  9. What about their stuff that doesn't appear to be 'washed'? I'm asking, as someone earlier highlighted how Chinese investors bought up land in the USA to grow cannabis and wondered if there is a connection there.
  10. I think the issue with Thailand, is that Localphone began with a service that supplied you with a local number to use in order to connect to the International number. So people could use the bundled minutes on their calling plans(house and mobile phones) to connect to that local number for free and just pay Localphone for the service or you could use a Windows application to connect and bypass having to call via a local number. Obviously Localphone does not have a range of local numbers to use in Thailand nor billing in Thai baht and therefore doesn't offer the Localphone service here. But you can still use it in Thailand by choosing a supported region and connecting via WiFi/Mobile Internet. Nowadays, most people connect via a Smartphone application using Mobile Internet WiFi, but the original local number option allows people to use their normal house phones to connect to their service.
  11. Why do you think this is? Big money operation? Cheap imports? Attempts to control the market? I guess people in the business would better understand the scope and scale of operation needed to sell at that price point.
  12. If you need help with that, just post the links, via PM if necessary and I'll upload them somewhere for you in various qualities.
  13. Do you have a really old Smartphone or is it again a region issue? Why do you think it is that you cannot install the application?
  14. https://sites.google.com/site/goldsmithpattaya You can compare quotes 😊
  15. Don't panic. Your Rich Text files are still there. They've just been associated with Microsoft Office. You can simply restore WordPad and re-associate the file to it.
  16. Which people? The dodgy ones you wrote about earlier? 😊 Why would they want to do that?
  17. He's argued with everyone the most, posted totally inaccurate info and tries to completely derail the thread with his childish arguing. Yet he tries to convince you that I am the Troll. He needs to self reflect, as his friends obviously haven't shown him the way.
  18. Eat two without waiting for the effect of just half to kick in? 😊 They remain potent even after extended storage 👍
  19. Still arguing uselessly with nothing to contribute. Impressive.
  20. It wasn't in a box, just a plastic wrapper. Though I still have two in boxes, from Elite 😊
  21. A bit of a primitive system. Better to have a number that forwards to an application that you can access anywhere that has Internet. Plus record your own personalised message.
  22. Have been using it reliably for more than ten years. 'Scam' with a free trial so you can test it for yourself without needing to top up?? Write ups via Google Code: https://code.google.com/archive/p/google-voice-sipsorcery-dialplans/wikis/06_Google_Voice_Integration_with_Localphone.wiki I think you might have some issues, arguing with everyone and behaving so childishly. If you cannot contribute intelligently, perhaps you should find a place more suitable to your talents. You are just disrupting the thread with your constant arguments and inaccurate posts.
  23. I guess once you have determined that you are happy with the service, you can top up once for the rest of the 12 month period.
  24. Registration is via Video Call: https://gomo.th/howto
  25. If you have any children, partner with you, it should be easy to do online...especially as it's an online only company. DTAC's registration application is notorious for failing with foreigners.
