The reversals as you like to call them are just a normal part of our process. In the court of appeals they will actually be reversed. Just like the 4 Circuit did today and the SC will do if they make it in front of them.

Nope. I hate them but, we have a process in place to handle it already. It works, slower than we'd like but it works. Just today the 4th circuit court of appeals ruled in favor of Trump and his EO's targeting DEI programs/funding etc.

He's going to ignore these activist Judges, as he should. This will force the SC to address these issues which is great. Regardless of the decision, it will give a clear path forward. Thats a good thing for Americans
