  1. Change the coil thermistor. 190 THB. 10 min job. Can do self.
  2. "A source from the Finance Ministry who requested anonymity said the taxation of foreign income follows the residency-based principle, whereby Thailand taxes the income of individuals who reside in the country. This rule applies to persons who stay in Thailand for 180 days or more and have foreign income."
  3. May 19, 2025 This is nice ... "Under the new guidelines, Thais with foreign income will not be taxed if they remit that income in the year it was earned or the following year. For example, if income is earned in 2025 and brought into Thailand in 2025 or 2026, it is not subject to tax."
  4. Did you have a good look at the size of the KFZ burger or any other products? The price is same, but you get less.
  5. They used to have this in Pathum Thani. They changed. No need to report any more for the 800k and 400k. Now you get following paper attached to your passport next to RETIREMENT extension: "The alien must have the remaining balance in the bank account of no less than 800.000 baht until Date: STAMPED DATE HERE. Then, an alien can withdraw the deposit and must have the remaining balance of no less than 400.000 baht." Followed by same text in Thai. This means only once a year go to immigration office for the yearly extension.
  6. Online 90-day report was approved today, a day before due date. It took a long time compared to last time.
  7. I would rather have it rejected next day after reporting than no reply at all and wait till due date.
  8. Online possible to see if a report has been received and or approved. Obviously, I did receive receipt of notification. Just not approved yet.
  9. I think this is correct. So, cancel and new report would anyhow not be accepted as being too late now.
  10. Living in Pathum Thani. I did report online many times without problem. Normally the next working day the online report would be confirmed. Last week I reported online again, 10 days before the due date. Today the report is still pending. Although I did not receive confirmation, I did report my 90 days. Should I go in person to do the report next week, a couple of days after the due date? Or should they accept the fact that I did report my 90 days as instructed and just report again in 90 days? There should be no fine for reporting late as I did report in time, but they did not confirm. Phil
