It is a shame that in reality the minimum wage doesn't apply to everyone. The security guards at a Condo I stayed in are being paid below the existing minimum wage and work 12 hour shifts 7 days a week with no holiday pay. They suck it up because they need the income.

There are 1.76 million people in the UK claiming benefits for mental health or behavioural conditions as their primary ailment.
