  1. Got it thanks for the clarification! In this case, yes - once the DTV has been granted, it can’t be revoked solely due to changes in your original reason for applying (such as no longer working remotely for a company or pausing your training). You’ll still be allowed entry as long as your visa remains valid, you’re aware of the DTV conditions (e.g. 6-month stay limit, no work for a Thai company, etc.), and you meet standard entry requirements at the time of travel.
  2. Just to make sure I understand correctly - are you referring to a scenario where someone no longer meets the reason their DTV was granted (for example, they stop working remotely or pause their Muay Thai training), and whether they’d still be allowed entry? Or are you referring to concerns around policy changes that could affect the DTV program itself in the future? Happy to clarify either way!
  3. Of course, we're not trying to change the laws of other countries - that's not in our control. What we are doing is building software that simplifies the visa application process: making the requirements clear and accessible, helping users gather the right documents, and reviewing applications for completeness. By making this process easier, more affordable, and less reliant on expensive legal support, we hope to empower more people to live and work where they choose - within the rules, but without the usual stress and uncertainty. Hope this clarifies our point, and sorry for the confusion!
  4. Hi there! 👋 My next 90 day report is approaching at the end of July, and I’m unsure what to expect when I have to report then. As you have already exited and re-entered Thailand, there should be no issues about your first report. The 90-day report will re-start counting based on your latest entry date (ie May 5th). If you're in Bangkok, you can also drop off your passport at our office between Day 75 and Day 90 from the day you re-entered and we'll return it within 3 business days with your 90-day report complete. When I asked my landlord to give me my TM30, we realised he never registered me in November when I first moved in. He’s now registered me, but entered the ‘check in date’ as the 30th April, but my entry stamp is May 5th. Someone has told me immigration won’t accept that. Yes, you will need a new TM30 from your landlord with a check-in date after the date of your latest entry stamp, in this case May 5th.
  5. As of 2025, you can refer to this website for all the visa free places for Thai passport holders https://visaindex.com/visa-requirement/thailand-passport-visa-free-countries-list/
  6. Yes, since your new employer is a BOI-registered company, they can handle the visa change internally. You don’t need to leave Thailand. Your ED visa can be cancelled and the BOI company will assist you with switching to a Non-B visa before your current stay permit expires. Just make sure the process is started before July 31.
