No, I am proposing relating reactively and proactively to the behaviors of the people who think that violence is the way of relating to others. Blaming the object is a childish way to respond to problems.

Ban guns? Ban knives? Ban cars? Ban every solid object that can be used to kill some? The problem is not the object. The problem is the unstable person holding the object and using it to harm others.

I am sure that you can find a farang who is a solid mental health professional in Thailand. Do an internet search and see what you find.

I read "tax" (take), but nothing about something in return for being taxed. Free healthcare, or a reduction in the cost, would be nice. There are streets like this tax: One Way.

This might be a reason: A disputed area in the Gulf of Thailand, known as the Overlapping Claims Area (OCA), is believed to contain significant natural gas and oil reserves, but exploration has been stalled due to a territorial dispute between Thailand and Cambodia. This 27,000 sq km area is estimated to hold up to 11 trillion cubic feet of natural gas, and potentially large quantities of condensate and oil.

I live in a rural area of Thailand. It seems to me that Thais in my area judge farangs on the latter's behavior more than money because the farang has very little to no money to offer. So either these farangs are accepted for who they are by each individual Thai, or not. But I am sure that some of these farangs can have friendly Thai neighbors if they want.
