So we - the wretched foreigners who legally reside in this country - are excluded once again?
I take it you have Permanent Residence status?
I do not, just here on temp extension of stay for the last 16 years.
I do however still pay tax in my home country and get zero benefit from that.

FYI, I pay quite a lot of income tax.
Ergo, you get paid a lot.

Yeah, terrible racist policy, a government using its own financial resources, either from taxes or loans, to support their nationals and rebuild the economy!
Dastardly indeed!

Yes alcohol ban still in force till the end of the month and no announcement made yet regarding end or extension!
And yes we have a very special governor, un-elected and self appointed, but he does own a nice stadium and race track.

I think this is a great idea, zebras, lazy buggers, walk around all day in their jammies.
Horses and donkeys change into work clothes and off they go.
Zebras get of your ass and make Thailand great again.

So how will they distinguish between visiting tourists and foreign residents? Will I still have to automatically pay that embedded fee although I, a resident of some 30 years, hold a comprehensive first-class health insurance policy?
If you have PR, I would just assume you show proof. Easy enough.

When is it going to end in buriram???
As Buriram was one of the first, if not the first, to introduce the ban, I suspect it will be the last to end it.
I hope we may get some good news on the 17th when the second phase of restrictions are lifted.
I am not holding my breath, nor am I prepared to share my last case of Leo.

Will it be up to each individual province though?
However the final decision in each province rests with the local governor.
"General Somsak Rungsita, Secretary-General of the National Security Council, said that from the issue Liquors and spirits can be bought back from the store. But can not sit and drink in the shop Effective on May 3, which is expected on May 2, B.E., will declare all details again. Which the Ministry of Interior will coordinate with the provincial governor To understand the aforementioned measures And is the power of the provincial governor to consider and approve in each area again."

Nothing much to add here, only a question.
Are Charles Darwin books banned in Thailand?

I have no intention of making a libelous post, but questions need to be asked and answered as to where all the cash from the Pattaya FBook group, who raised Baht 1.7/1.8Million is/has gone?

Agreed. Something in this story does not ring true, either they are getting the donations you indicate or they are not?
There must be TV members on "the ground" who can enlighten us a little more.

There has just been a 6 month appeal on a Pattaya FBook page that closed recently. They raised Baht 1.6-1.7 Million, where is that money?

I have the sticker, it is attached to the front of my Pink ID card, it was issued by the Phu Yai Ban. If I had not had an ID card it would have been attached to the outside of the back cover of my passport.
It is similar to the stickers on products, it cannot be removed in one peice and reapplied. However removal would be simple without damage to the passport.
As for how the system of entry/exit for the Province will work I have no idea.
I was informed that should I leave and return to Buriram I would be required to undertake 14 days quarantine at a local facility (not at home which I did after returning to Buriram on the 19th March).
Also informed that the alcohol ban will not be.lifted on the 1st May.

The fiscal year for AOT run Sept to Sept, so the numbers are perhaps correct.
Sept to Feb large numbers.
Feb to Sept nobody.
So perhaps 50%++ down.

So he intracted with no other person between these dates and got his test results within a day!
Smells a little of xenophobia and bovine excrement to me.

Let's deal with the syptoms, not the cause.
Just out of interest is Lumpini Boxing Stadium air-conned?
And as an aside any news on the investigation there? (Rhetorical).

And hospital cleaners, porters, support staff etc. "Medics" can do very little without support, if nobody empties the bins and takes the garbage away the healthcare system will fail.
So offer the reduction to all those who support the system.
