Yep, I always use vinegar. Thanks. Three months...I can't keep my neighbours waiting more than a week. They start foraging through my fridge and cupboards the day after, but I hold 'em off for seven. Not enough empty jars to do more and there's nowhere to hide them anyway.

The longer time period(3 months) allows the vinegar to properly dessicate the pickles.

My mother used to make pickled garlic among other pickled veggies, and we had many different batches, the oldest was over 20 years old.

The old stuff was reserved for my father and his guests.

The older, the better, kinda like wine.

If you plan on using oil in your pressure cooker, make sure you buy one that is designed for oil cooking.

Most are designed for cooking solely with water.

I'm looking for a small store that would be able to print or sew a logo on a base cap. Any chance to break the 300 pieces limit as in Chinatown and get some good work done?

As nobody else has replied I have seen some cap logo sewing shops in MBK plaza. Not sure what level they were on or what quantity is minimim buy at least you will get some exercise trying to find them.

The MBK shops don't have a minimum, but it will cost slightly more for just one baseball cap to be embroidered.

There is a good place in Bobae. If you take a taxi to Bobae Tower, prior to hitting the river bridge crossing, look right and you will see a huge purple and yellow sign CAP??????? something or other. They provide blanks and can sew many many in one hour!

Will repackaging affect quality since it's packed with dry ice?

repackaging won't affect the quality as the caviar has lost already all its quality by being frozen. caviar should be stored NOT LOWER than +5ºC as freezing the roe makes it pop and the can contains some sort of caviar sauce which -i admit- doesn't taste bad but is rejected by a gourmet.

Thanks for the tip about freezing.

The caviar I mentioned will not be frozen, just chilled and packed with just enough dry ice so it doesnt' spoil from heat.

I read a couple of posts about the shortage of japanese girls on KSR.

Just got back from riding my bike there, large numbers of Japanese and Korean girls.they seem to be in pairs mostly.

I must admit KSR has had an adverse effect on them, they are just as stocky as the farang girls, well not quite but they are looking rather thick(physically not mentally).

Some of the gates have seperate smoke rooms and are mostly empty

I think it's better to ask why airline seats are so small as to pack people in like sardines.

The airlines are to blame, not people.

If the airlines installed big wide seats with ample room for all people(thin and horizontally challenged), would anyone complain?

With obesity becoming a global problem, these issues will only be solved with a redesigned interior for airplanes that offer seating for people of all sizes.
