At least it's a start!
Here is one for you.

I take all predictions with a grain of salt but one major financial institution is predicting another 7% drop before the end of the year.

Netanyahu may be chargeable for war crimes, but I don't see how the city of NYC has jurisdiction in that area.

Worked very well with me.
I am sure you are not over 90 years old. Old age and disabilities go hand in hand. 98% of all people in their 90s who lived in a nursing home had a disability and 81% of people in their 90s who did not live in a nursing home also had one or more disabilities. Many who never thought they would live so long have run out their savings. When you are a young lad of 80, it may be well and good to squeeze out another day so you can worry about squeezing out another. A time comes when you can stop worrying about tomorrow.

I had a friend who got a job in a meat processing plant. He didn't last 3 days. He told me the work wasn't so bad, it was having to stand in one place for hrs inside a refrigerated room. Still a lot better than working outside in a field or on a roof in 105 degree weather. So as jobs Americans won't do--it is one of the best.

Some of us have simply grown out of it. Smoked a lot in my younger days. But anything can become boring after a while.

Maybe because a well known hotel owner who happens to live in the Whitehouse just said “Our great Farmers and people in the Hotel and Leisure business have been stating that our very aggressive policy on immigration is taking very good, long time workers away from them, with those jobs being almost impossible to replace,”
He continued "Our farmers are being hurt badly by, you know, they have very good workers, they have worked for them for 20 years,” he said. “They’re not citizens, but they’ve turned out to be, you know, great. And we’re going to have to do something about that. We can’t take farmers and take all their people and send them back because they don’t have maybe what they’re supposed to have, maybe not.”

I didn't give you a downvote, but your post is the reason we have them. Adding nothing to the topic, just using it as a reason to sling mud at a group you don't like.

I don't think any attack on Russia would involve tanks rumbling across the European plains. Modern warfare has almost made the tank obsolete sitting duck.

45 minutes ago, Cameroni said:Russia had to address the Ukraine problem to ensure it's own survival. NATO encroaching on the European plains further would have made Russia indefensible. For Russia a neutral Ukraine was a matter of existence but of course even Russia will not die for Ukraine, if the war should go really badly they woud just unpack the horror weapons and defeat Ukraine that way. There is no need for that though since immediately before this Ukrainian terrorist attack within Russia the Russian armed forces were winning the real battles in Ukraine.
Made up reason. Why didn't they make a big stink about Finland joining NATO after being non-aligned for years. A country with a longer border and a more powerful army.

Here's one I made earlier, the tin also helps, around 100bht.
I have a built-in but bought an Otto to help speed up production. (My wife makes bake goods that are sold during the holidays). I am unable to get an even result from one batch to the next. I can see where that baking tin might help with bread.

American steel is 70% recycled, in electric arc furnaces. The 19 blast furnaces that remain are decrepit. EAF's are expensive to run, in terms of electricity costs.
China has over 200 steel mills. 19 of its blast furnaces are less than 12 months old.
It makes steel from iron ore which is over 60% iron content. Unless it imports iron ore from other countries, America has to use Mesabi iron ore, which is only 30% Fe content.
Quite simply, US steel mills are uncompetitive, and a 50% tariff is only going to hike prices of a wide range of goods that need steel, for all American consumers.
Pretty much the same reason John Deere decided to move one of its plants to Mexico. John Deere is a global marketer. Building in the US is too expensive to compete in the global market. They can still build and compete in the US market since the tariffs increase the cost for their competition but then the US farmers have to pay a higher price for the same tractor that could be bought elsewhere.

97% of worrying a waste of time
in ASEAN NOW Community Pub

The old FungFu TV show. Our hero is in a barn full of hay with other people. The bad guys have surrounded the barn and are threatening to burn it down. When asked if he was worried, he replied, " No, If they burn us out, all the worrying won't help me, and if they don't I would have worried for nothing." That is true about most things, but worrying can also start you thinking of ways to change the outcome.
