I am in Bangkok for a couple of months work and am looking for a gym (preferably Sukhumvit area) that has decent stationary bikes/systems like peloton or swift to keep up my cycling fitness whilst here. can anyone recommend somewhere? somewhere between asoke and ekamai would be ideal. thanks!

Anyone applied for one recently, I just started an application but it only offers me a single (rather than multiple) entry. I noticed the LTR also but I don't have 1 million or 80k a year. I have been out of touch for a while so not quite sure what is best anymore for someone who comes for two x 2.5 month visit a year? Last year I had a non 0 multiple. Any help appreciated

Well well well. Crypto markets capitalised at 2.5 trillion 6 months ago and this morning it was half that, having lost 1.25 trillion USD value in six months. Luna, a poster child of crypto influencers esp on YouTube has lost 99% of it value in 5 days! Yes five days ago it was 100 USD n this morning its 1 USD. Bitcoin is 29k but was 69k six months ago. Is it over? Or is the beginning of something? Is it broke? Are you broke? Are you smiling the I told you so smile :+) (PS this is prob my last post thread as I leave Thailand for UK then Greece at the Weekend and don't anticipate a return)
