Hi, it's actually for my wife. She finished 9 months speaking/reading/writing course, but it was a long time ago. She can communicate with Thais on basic subjects. She want to improve it. Also she wants to improve reading, to have ability to read magazines, websites.

I'm not sure about how many hours per week. We have to try and then say. I'm pretty sure about time - daytime only, from 9am to 6pm. Better, if teacher can come to us, we have a child, don't have much time for a road.

The keyword is "go to"

At this age we want her to be close to mother. If we will find a babysitter, we'll still be around.

Our daughter is 2+ yo. We talk about 3 halfdays per week for a start. Later maybe more. Maybe, with 2 months of fulldays on vacation.

As about age. From my little experience old ladies are not so happy to play with babies. And the main issue: we follow natural approach to children growing. Main thing here is to allow your kid to do what he wants to do (if it's productive and not dangerous). So, from our experience, old people can't follow that rule even if you explain it to them. If you know a person of 50+ yo who are still flexible - np, we'll hire her

We had a nice babysitter in CM, but decided to move to CR. Here we tried several Thai babysitters of various ages, from 20+ to 40+ yo. No luck!

We just realized, that our babysitter was hill tribe girl. Looks, like there still close to the nature, everybody ready to play with a baby.

Can you suggest any person? It will be good, if it's 20-30 yo girl (they are not so bored to deal with a babies).

I read Thai scooter boards, watch photos and don't understand some things:

• what people place good looking oil filter on swingarm for? Is it gives some benefits, or it's one another phallic fetish?
• what is a special spark plug wire for? Look's like a scam, isn't electricity go with a light speed in any conductor?
• how tuners stretch PCX wheel base for longer amounts than 3 inches (I'd seen a part, which stretch bike for 3" only)?
• is somebody tried such stretching (at least, for 3"? Pls, tell, which modifications you performed also (changed shocks? something else?) and how it feels during ride, is it comfortable to surf in traffic jams, etc.
• why non-stock shocks is better?
• is somebody tried to lower a PCX? I like, how it looks, but don't understand, how they ride, isn't they scratch all speed bumps?
• where in Thailand to get watches for a bike? It can be just regular watches, which will fit a PCX handlebars.

For most of directions Nakhonchai Air is a perfect logistic company - we had sent all our home stuff from Pattaya to Chiang Mai for a 1500 baht.

But now we want to send our home stuff from CM to Chiang Rai. I asked at the Green Bus counter, girl said, they charge by boxes, 250 baht each. Because it sound strange for me, I'm afraid, they don't do it officially (in Nakhonchai they have special counter, weights, they give you a ticket with a tracking number).

Advice the best way to send stuff from CM to CR!

Actually, we are in CR now, so if you know company, which can come to our friends in CM, pick stuff up and deliver it to CR for price, which will be cheaper, than if I would go to CM, hire songtaeow, go to Arcade and run around in rush, when Thais will smile.

Where to rent in Chiang Rai? Chiang Mai full of them, but here…
