  1. when you refer to 'THEY' who in particular are you referring to ?

    The problem for me is simply the Pulse signing in.

    The pulse guy "Mark" who answered my query was able to give me the name of my double in Bangkok. I bet he works for this Symphany Communications set up.

  2. I have been having a lot of trouble when signing in.

    Pulse have told me that it is caused because someone:: who is using my ISP,...and since only one can sign in at one time.

    This other person is at Chon Phon Bangkok..I am in Chaing Mai.

    Now...this is beyond me.I thought my ISP address was mine and mine alone

    Pulse have been able to give me this persons name.I havnt given it here

    I am in contact with my internet provider....Sinet  As far as I can see this is their problem.

    But i find it very strange that the "other' address is also a fibre optic company.

    I am seeing conspiracy every way i look

     

  3. Well True have now suspended my service.

    Let me explain......In May 7th  I had changed my package and was told that a new bill would be sent....no bill arrived until July..This bill was wrong and charged for the new and old packages.

    I contacted True by email and explained.I was told that a new bill would be sent. No new bill arrived.

    To keep them happy I paid for the June period.

    I can see that because True only generate new bills at the beginning of a month where the problem arises.

    Anyhow ,yesterday I paid True another 1900 baht,this meant that I would need to need to pay a final 1900 baht by the 24th.

    Last night I found the screen empty and the suspended notice displayed.

    I contacted True and told them that unless the service was reconnected I would cancel my  contract with them.

    No pictures an hour later,so I have now cancelled the service.

    I can see that the problem has been caused by only sending revised bills at the beginning of a month,but this is their problem,not mine

    The Gold package used to include th6 BEIN football channels....but no more.

    If you want to watch these games you now have to also subscribe to the "Football A La Carte" package. This means a big price increase. Taking the monthly rate to over 1800 baht.Previously 1300 baht

  5. My apartment has been invaded by small creatures .They are about he size of a large grain of rice, Black colour and must fly,because they stick to ceilings and the top of walls. The grains contain a small creature I have found crawling on the floors.

    They dont seem to live long.

    They are very unsightly .

  6. Went to the same office and spoke to the same guy.

    he did again what he did 14 days ago.'Today my true reception had'nt changed.

    I did find out that True were... no longer transmitting BBC World  News...seems to me they are concentrating on Thai channels and ;sod off; to foreigners.

  7. I went to the True office on the ringroad near Meechoc last tuesday 27th to change my gold package to super family and football channels....reducing my monthly payments from 1800 to 900 baht. The guy in the office suggested July 1st as the date of change which was OK with me. He said a new bill would be sent.

    Come July 1st all went Mad......I had a full channel selection,with just a few channels not available. No BBC news.... and yesterday I realised that I didnt have the Austria Grand Priz.either

    It seemed like ,whoever changed the channels simply chose from random,and each day brought me surprises.

    I will be going to the same office tomorrow and see what True have to say....needless to say no new bill has been received either.

    I have an android box so unless True come up with some believable answers it will be goodby to True

     

  8. I have had a lot of trouble  recently trying to transfer money to my  Bangkok bank account.

    A recent reply to my  complaints has made it quite clear that only Swift transfer can be done because the Chaps transfers via the Bangkok Bank London

    cant be done since only 8 Bank account numbers can be accomodated on their system.

    I wonder if Bangkok Bank know about this?

    Has anyone had this problem?

  9. If.....IF True had any sense they would act quickly to get the BBC UKNews  and SKYNews into their grasp.

    It is clear that these two UK news channels were very popular with expats and probably with Thai's.'

  10. I have a minix NEO X6 and using the Google button I find the TV5 will not install....this after I paid the subscription as well.

    I have contacted the TV5 people and they reply that they are aware of this problem but dont have any answers.

    So...how do I install the TV5 app??...I do miss my French Films!

Last month I transfered money from my Nationwide current account to Bangkok Bank in Chiang Mai.....No problems until today I received a letter from Nationwide that said that an additional 20 pounds had been charged by the Bangkok Bsnk for the Swift transaction. This being an extra charge apart from the normal fees

    To my knowledge this has not happened before

    Why???

  12. I find the searching for a particular match using 365Sport time consuming.

    I notice that on Expat Premium they have the sport channels,,,Sky,BBC as separate choices.

    The monthly premium are similar.

    So......any comments regarding Thai Expat Premium.
