In Pattaya take a slow drive along sukhumvit lots of shops but none have a great selection - it took me 5 shops to find a bed linner for a vigo!
Bkk is probably a better bet .............

Included in my 1st class insurance for my new truck (1 month old) and no sticker, asked the chief sales lady at Toyota chonburi - Told me the law had changed.

Q Cars - Have always been really good about swaping over cars if i needed something different, and cool for giving me a good price.
But now i don't rent as i have a shinny new vigo (bar the dent some W$$ker put in it @ Carefour)

Check on the multi pin plug on the back of your OEM unit - some have standard fittings that will go direct into a new head unit or with an adapter. Look around on the web to see what brands have speakers that will fit into your Vigo without butchering the panels.
If your fitting a big amp be sure they run a new power line with a CAP inline so you can give the amp a solid feed of power.
You should also invest in some sound deading material for the cars panel work - stop the thing rattling.
Also note how many KM's are on your truck and make sure the shop see you do this............. Thai ICE shops love taking other peoples cars for a spin!!

It Might come under as spare parts IF there is no complete car imported ie body/chassis with engine seperate BUT i'm only guessing you need to seek some proper advise on this. And i guess a 'tea fee' needed to the correct man

I thought it was the car that is insured .........so it does not matter who the driver is as long as they have a thai / international licence etc etc

Thanks i'll have a look.
I have also been told that Bang Saen has a large carryboy dealer who's prices are better than shops in Pattaya as they are only agents.................... Also i have not found anyone that has stock of the Carryboy tops in Pattaya.
-
Can anyone suggest a decent shop for some extras for my Vigo, I need:
Carryboy or the like rear box (extra cab size) no side windows - (its used for work)
Front bumper crome & ABS plastic (Honda wave catcher)
Stickers in thai & english warning motorbikes that i have airbags and they don't
Reversing sensor as my rear view mirror will be useless after fitting of rear box!
OR
Where in BKK is good?

Hands up all who want to PAY more for a concert ticket to see a live band Thai or Farang.......... This <deleted> has already cost me money in the industry i work in!
All Thai's have to carry their ID card?
So as in the UK shops/pubs /clubs selling booze HAVE to ask for the customers ID if in doubt of the customers age - and if the seller is caught out selling booze to under age people THEY are fined!!!
BUT TIT
Until the country can deal with the old 'whats the problem............ money's the answer' its all SH$T
All of these moral Laws just F$$k with your average joe that does nothing wrong (Thai or Farang)
The Goverment needs to shut up or really deal with the country's problems properly and NOT just make a half arsed effort to bullSH$T the nation - But their not the first and won't be the last!

This seems to be the only main dealer style operation which might give you some piece of mind
Try Toyota some main dealers offer 'toyota certified used cars'
Not much of a bargin though when compared to new prices

From Pattaya Immigration police office - My company office address as listed in my work permit was OK
I had to do this to purchase a motorbike from a friend so the book could be transfered into my name.
For the guy selling the bike the address in the owners book was proof enough of address for the immigration officer

Gent's need to go and get another non imm B visa, the last two have been single entry 90 days only (from the UK & Singapore)
I have valid work permit
I am director of my own company (started under the old share laws)
I have company & personal Tax id cards
I pay goverment 'insurance' for my 4 workers
I have not paid a full years tax yet (due in 3 months once the company is 1 year old)
I really would like top get a multi entry non imm B as i have 3 short business trips out of Thailand coming up in the next 2 months and getting the exit permits is ok but BORING!!
Any Thai embassy's in Asia granting multi non imm B's at the moment??
TIA
