Ok BobSTPetersburg 😊
I think you have overreached here.. The percentages you have provided are obviously the product of "managed" elections, a skill Russia, under Putin, has developed into a fine art..

Azov Battalion, Right Sector, C14, Ethnic National Union, Homo Ethnicus, Denic Kapustin, Misanthropic Division, Social National Assembly, Social National Party of Ukraine, Wolfsangel to name but a few who seig heil there way around in their jackboots tatooed with German Nazi insignia.... Western Ukraine fought with the Nazis in WW2, the so-called 'father of Ukraine' Steppan Bandera was a fricken died-in-the-wool NAZI who is honoured all over Ukraine with statues and even roads and buildings named after him.... Guess where all these organisations get their funding?..... Yup, the US State dept, The British foreign Office and the EU Commission.... Why?.... that answer is simple, because if you want to use a country as a proxy, you need to get into bed with the most extremist elements just like they do with Al Qaeda and ISIS who strangely seem to fight all of the west's enemies, and don't try to tell me you are also ignorant about THAT.
I got this far in the thread before I just had to say something..
Where have all these pro-Russian posters come from?
Your point about support for the Germans in WW2.. If you are giving a history lesson you forgot the point about Russia starving the Ukrainians prior to the war..
I could go on but we would be here for days..
These are obviously Russian members and why would we be surprised. They are everywhere in Thailand now. Mostly because they are no longer welcome in most of their favored playgrounds.
And many speak excellent English. My condo is now at least 50% Russian.

Ban it, it stinks !
That said if you want it in your cookies or cakes or drinks, go ahead. I'm not against the taking off it, only the smoking of it. (probably from too many hours in cash converters in Blackpool UK as the smelly cannabis stinking 'poor' traded in their tv's until giro day !
just a heads up for you... Those American "scientists" have just about perfected vaporizing.
No more smell.. All you dudes complaining about bad smell ( really? there are so many bad smells out there. And good ones too.. swings and roundabouts) should now be promoting vaporizers.

South Africa just legalized cannabis for personal recreational use..
The naysayers are just pushing back against the new dawn..
After almost a century ( blink of an eye in the long history of cannabis) of prohibition. That didn't work..

They need a road test like the breathalyser for cannabis otherwise it's hard to determine.
As far as I know, it can not be done at present.. Reason being that they are different substances. Cannabis can be detected much longer than alcohol. Does not mean that you are "under the influence".
At present only pre-breathalyser methods "could" be used.
How do they handle this in Canada?

If trumps VP can beat Biden it's isn't ridiculous, actually far from it. Trump is jailed, picks a surrogate that is capable of beating the most unpopular president in history. VP pardons trump, resigns, Trump ascends. The dems need to go around to nursing homes to harvest ballots pretty soon.
You have been frequenting the weed shops again, haven't you.. 😊

Then they have failed in the PR war. All I have heard is it’s no problem, it doesn’t harm anybody.I’ve not heard anything about how it could be tightened up, all the stakeholders could have united around an agreed action plan and won in the court of public opinion.
Not very many products that we humans consume comes with no risk/harm. Can we start from there? Cannabis, with it's widespread use, would have exhibited severe harmful effects by now if they were evident..
You have, in past posts on this topic, referred to your experience as a Magistrate in the UK. As such, you were tasked with enforcing a law which you had no part in making, and you fulfilled that task to the best of your ability. But times and laws change. Consider the number of law enforcement officials who have had to adjust to the increasing legalization around the world. They no longer have a dog in the fight. They may still have negative opinions about cannabis but it's no longer their concern. It's a social issue and public perceptions regarding harm are changing..
Might I suggest that instead of trying to roll back the clock, you sit back and watch how things play out.. Alcohol, while perfectly legal, except for Muslim countries, is well regulated and offers a framework.. The difference is however that while most users are responsible, many are not. Alcohol has demonstrable downsides. Family violence, traffic deaths etc. Yet bars are everywhere and it is for sale openly. Cannabis does not have this baggage.
The issue is that Government needs to make sure that they are receiving their cut. VAT revenue, tax revenue from successful cannabis businesses.. Some jurisdictions have some of this revenue "ring fenced" as windfall income reserved for schools, sport facilities, even support for other social ills. This, in my opinion, is a reasonable direction to be looking. Not trying to extend the lifespan of failed policies..

If you can not see that... All the "anti" users of alcohol who feel free to insult and pontificate about users of cannabis are all just exhibiting the effects of decades of propaganda..

As Anutin himself says “Thailand will promote cannabis policies for medical purposes. There has never once been a moment that we would think about advocating people to use cannabis in terms of recreation – or use it in a way that it could irritate others.”
Given that medicinal weed is rated in all jurisdictions that I'm aware of as having a fraction of 1% THC, the future for stoners in Thailand will soon be at an end - as even Anutin says.
But whether it signals a return to the earlier level of criminilisation remains to be seen. Given that the laws on possession of small quantities of ICE have been relaxed (or maybe just discussed, I'm not sure which), maybe something similar will be considered for weed.
The businesses that went gungho into recreatioanal weed really should have known better.
Guess it's back to the old school for you..
Medicinal weed in America is not neutered. Full potency. Otherwise it's just a placebo..

She lit incense sticks in hopes of divine assistance in locating her missing animals.
Do tell, I bet you believe in superstitions and

etc.
The article is laughable.
She's probably hocked the buffalo, now looking for sympathy because she is in debt to the bank.

you are correct. it was all garbage too no matter where it came from. cue old smokers to tell me how great smoking thai stick back in the day was. zzzzzz. sorry i fell asleep.
what is produced today is totally different. most people don't usually get access to the highest quality flowers that are grown.
I am an old smoker.. literally. 😁. I visited Thailand several times in the'70s. Loved the old sticks.. Have Western legal ( and "pre-legal") growers advanced the product's quality in the intervening 50 years? Absolutely. But it's not rocket science.. just good old agriculture.I love top quality weed and I've smoked lots of it. But it's taste and effect that I look for and I don't need or want to be paying the equivalent of US$250/oz to be happy!
The recently departed ( and not particularly mourned) "brick weed" we had to smoke the last 20 years was about 3000 Baht for 100 grams. So 30 Baht/gm. or 30,000 Baht a kilo. I know people paying 40-50 Baht a gram now for quite decent buds.
Now, I won't pay more than 150-200 Baht a gram.. But if it's cheaper and good (and it will be), I'm even happier..

The usual anti-cannabis responses 😄. And one surprising response from a pro-cannabis supporter.. Mr. Stoner.. Stoner, why go for the cheap shot? Community enterprise.. Thai farmers know how to grow, but professionally marketing an unfamiliar product can be challenging in the early days. I doubt their product is crap, and it will certainly get better.
This is exactly what I have been counting on as pro-cannabis consumer. Anutin is not going to be a pushover on his signature issue, and his party's key role in the coalition gives him great leverage.
Roll 'em and smoke 'em!

I read an article yesterday that asserted that the recently replaced Health Minister was anti-cannabis. He was replaced by the man who was Justice Minister when he worked together with Anutin to push the current (pro-cannabis) legislation. Article also asserted that the new cannabis industry will be worth $1.25 billion to Thailand by 2025. Next year...
Germany legalized recreational cannabis on April 1 this year. In USA the drug hating DEA has just agreed to reschedule cannabis to the least harmful category, along with paracetamol containing codeine. They also agreed that cannabis has legitimate medical use. That is full strength cannabis, not some neutered .02% variety.
Thailand will very definitely be swimming upstream..

With regards to the market value of these cars.. As mentioned, my 1981 turbo-charged Trans Am has been sitting in my brother's garage for 20+ years. He retired and sold the house. He was a single car guy with a double garage. Currently costing me C$150/month!
I am in the process of listing it on Bring-A-Trailer, one of the largest U.S. online auctions. They disagreed with my requested US$20,000 reserve, said it would get more interest as no reserve. Fingers crossed.
A little story. In the first years I thought I had more than I did.. One late evening, on a basically deserted 4 lane road, there was just me and a then current model Corvette. The light turned green and it was on!
Well, despite traveling WELL over the speed-limit, it was obvious that I was not going to win this impromptu drag race. I lifted off the pedal and conceded defeat. The Corvette continued on at speed. Suddenly, a police cruiser in stealth mode {no flashing lights) passed me going for the Corvette. I had a moment to realize that sometimes winning isn't everything..

Problem is I need a really decent camera for business purposes and even 10000 wont buy that. I got good cameras too but for inside stuff without lighting etc you cant beat a good phone camera. Thus I have to compromise. I see people on forums talking like 2-3yo phones, TV's or electronics are ancient and how could you even consider these things. We have made a rod for our own backs these last 20 or 30 years. Things like cars and electronics used to be revered for their reliability and long life. That's why we paid more. We have been brainwashed into thinking everything is a fashion accessory / status symbol now that is obsolete soon after buying, nearly an embarrassment to have. It's quite unbelievable.
The tech is new enough that it's constantly getting better.. Not a conspiracy.
Buy a Xiaomi phone. 10,000 will get you a good camera. 13,000 will get you a great camera phone.
Pixels of any model are not common in Thailand..

Hello gentleman,
I may have joined this conversation a little late. I would love to know whether this is an active conversation?
Have been living between Pattaya and Bangkok for the last four years. Currently spending time in Bangkok.
I'd like to request some help if I may.
3. Thai pharmacy Cypionax. This seems available at extremely competitive price of 800 baht per 10 ampule. Seems pharma grade product. Have any group members experienced?
As always, appreciate any future replies.
As above. Buy the Cypionax.. Quality product.
you seem a little light on product knowledge. Exogenous testosterone will replace your own in fairly quick order, so after a year or so, of you stop exogenous, you will have very liitle natural test available to you..

Unless you are buying the phone for 1000 Baht don't bother.. And even then just for emails and Line etc.
Plenty of lower end models available for 4-5000 with latest software and security updates for the next 3-4 years.

My reply to Connda's word salad..
Thanks to a Youtube premium account and time on my hands, I attend University most days..
Professors and lecturers from some of the finest Universities.. Stephen Kotkin is my favorite but there are many more. Retired extremely high-ranking military and intelligence officials. Diplomats. Economists. Etc.
It's not that we (I) lack the intellectual firepower to engage in a wide-ranging debate on the issues, but that there is not wide-spread interest in examining the finer points.
And yes, you and all the other dissidents of the Western "narrative" shock me.. Diving into "whataboutism" at every opportunity. Watch some of Peter Zeihan's videos. Very engaging speaker. Russia is done. Approximately 8 million men of the usual call-up age. 1 million have already fled, while another 500.000 are dead. One Putinista claimed 150.000 dead. Laughable. Truly laughable. This is Russia's last land-grab, whether successful or not. And I'm betting on "not".
It was not the West that hollowed out the Russian economy. Russian cronyism and corruption did that..
As I said earlier, we could go on for days. But History is a truth-teller.
