Wow. That will hurt the tourists. 555
Consider to lower it to maybe 27.8 or a max of 32.4 Baht. 🤦🏼♂️
Yep, farangy's planning a long and expensive trip to Thailand and 300 bht will put them off, I don't think so......🤭

Nevermind. Might be too complicated for you.
Some people are just meant to be screwed.
The last time I had a hotel holiday in Phuket was in 2009, they charged 250bht for a beer and 350bht for a glass of red wine....
And you're worried about a 300bht levy that lasts the length of a holiday in 2024...😁

It is by not caring about small assault on your money that you end up being poor.
Same goes with services like Grab or tipping, etc...
Better not have the poor idiot's mentality.
You have a 6 pound 50p problem too, how much does a tourist pay for one beer in his/her hotel.......😆....?

If you have a 1 year multi-entry you have to leave the country every 90days and you can only extend it one time. So you will have 1 year plus the 2 month extension. As far as leaving the country. I stayed at least one night outside of Thailand before returning. Some people have said they have crossed the border and back to Thailand the same day without issue but others have had problems. I just avoided any problems and stayed a night. I hope this helps!Actually, if you leave the day before the visa expires then re-enter, you get another 90 days, so near 15 months from it.
Get a 60 day extension, you now have near 17 months, I have done it many times...😉

Actually not everyone has a tm6... instead refer to the date stamped in your passport when you first arrived in Thailand... secondly, using the date on the tm47 clipped in your passport only works if you didn't leave and reenter with a permit because your 90 days started anew on reentry... your first 90 day report after reentry has to be done in person... then you can start using the online system again.
Of course, the last re-entry stamp is the date that is on the TM6, I do the online 90-day for my chum, his TM6 goes back to 2009.
I have my own 90-day login if I need it, though I have to use a different email address than the login for my chum, the only problem I have ever had is with my chum's, rejected because he was on a tourist visa.....😂.....He had been on retirement extension since 2009. I left it a day and tried again, it was approved..🤗

No it is not.
A 90 day report is not a visa, the date is the expiry date of stay and it clearly says so.
Who said it was a visa...........🤣
Chummy, it sounds like you are the one who has an online 90-day report problem..
I DON'T............

You have obviously never done a TM47 90-day report online.
You are asked for 2 dates, "Arrival Thailand Date" and "Stay visa expires" , the latter being the date your "permitted to stay until" stamp in your passport indicates.
Don't call me a liar, if you don't understand what I have written then ask for clarification....🤗
Online form regarding dates.......
Arrival date, the date on the TM6 clipped in your passport, visa expires is the date in the box on the paper clipped in your passport from the last 90 day report.
Anything else Mr. Grumpy.........😁

The wording (DWP) goes as follows "no legal requirement to uplift State Pension" which follows pension pay-outs from International Pensions will follow too(no uplift)
What it does not say is anybody receiving a unfrozen pension is committing a unlawful act. Any A1 search will reveal statements "not illegal" "not inheriting illegal" " is not illegal" and so on, whichever A1 is used.
The other A! statements "nobody has been sanctioned or punished " "not routinely sanctioned" and so on/.
Write to DWP on these statements for confirmation, they will not respond, even a Freedom of Information request will be ignored
" Prosecution:
Generally, receiving an unfrozen pension in a country where pensions are frozen is not a criminal offense.
However, it can have significant financial implications, especially if you rely on the pension as a primary source of income.
The consequences are more related to financial loss rather than legal prosecution."As of my last knowledge update, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in the UK has not typically prosecuted individuals for receiving an unfrozen Old Age Pension (OAP). However, there have been instances where the DWP identified underpayments and took corrective action. Any administrivia action would be undertaken by Disqualifying procedures (no action)Are you still at it, stop worrying over your fiddling UK pensions, and most of all, don't worry about us lot here, we will do what we want.
You have not provided ANY headed links, proving you are not fiddling...😂
