  1. Your hubby got bored after 3 weeks? Why didnt you take him to the go go bars?

Im surprised a lot of have taken the plunge or were going to take it but had second thoughts.

    Ah...the go go bars! :o

friend of mine(male) took him to watch the show..

he came back and wasn't impressed at all.

all the thai dancers weren't that beautiful as the girls from Russia or Poland.

(lap dance club in uk.) hey..what can i say..MEN. :D

  2. my husband likes to take a holiday in thailand.just a holiday.!!

last time we were there we supposed to stay for 4 weeks

but in the third weeks he got bored and ready to go home.

so..the idea of moving there for good.. well, its very unlikely.

for me..really, it doesn't bother me at all..here or there..

England or Thailand..both are my home!!

and i love them both.!! :o

  3. Everyone should be able to travel freely to any place they wish to go to and be able to stay for as long as they want and compete in the market place for work.

    i love the word "freedom"

nice idea but i don't think it will happen though!

but keep your hope up anyway. :o

  4. Think he's just got out of Rehab last week.

yeap..he just came back from usa.

out of the rehap. He wasn't looking too well at all and

i think he selfharms as well. The newspapers show lots of deep

cuts on his arm..i fell sorry for him though!!

by the way..Bianca gascoigne is sexy..

don't you guys think so??? :o

  5. As for the op - sounds not typical. However I suppose there are exceptions to every instance.

In my experience it is typical for educated families but perhaps not for the majority of Thais. Many of Tywais's colleagues probably apply similar rules for their daughters well up in their 20s to 30s. Men usually get more freedom.

yeap..agree with you that "men usually get more freedom"

my brothers always do what they want and can do no wrong in my parents eyes..!

for me..i had a taste of freedom when i came to study in England.

    life..without my parents..well..let's say i've learned a lot. The world is a big place and life outside Thailand..humm..shall i say..absolutely fascinating. :o

  6. What a load of crap! So if you live in a different country to your homeland you are supposed to keep stum, say nothing and cannot complain about anything otherwise you should go home?!?!?

Some people take it to the excess I agree - if some people complain as much and as loudly as some do they you do have to wonder why they stay - but according to you people aren't even allowed to have annoyances!

The one thing that tuk-tuks do what do annoy the hel_l out of me here in Laos is when I am trying to cross the road - they'll slow down in front of me asking of I want a tuk-tuk! To which my response is 'no but I want you move your bloody tuk tuk so I can cross over!' it reet p*sses me off!

    easy..tiger

    chill... :o

  7. Why does it matter?

There seems to be a lot of these my wifes "middle-so", "hi-so", "an accountant", "a generals daughter" or "a princess" type of posts. Really it feels like people are overly trying to prove a point, which actually points to the opposite.

I can't recall what anyone of my friends wives or girlfriends do back in the UK.

    exactly..!

why are some people so obsessed with the social class in Thailand?

it doesn't matter, does it? :o
