That's pretty funny, but I really am curious about it. She said this is some kind of Thai custom...?? The only thing I found out on Google is that a new Thai wife might kiss her husband's feet? Maybe she was saying she wants to get married?

They are instigating a fight. If you ignore them or try to make peace, they keep instigating until your react. Get a private investigator. Have him tail her and see what she does, where she goes. That's all you have to do. But prepare for the worst FIRST by emptying out your account. The people in the UK are truly appalled and outraged by this plot by extremists and attempts by "old 1960s hippy throwbacks" to try and turn this into an anti USA discussion is pathetic. What these critics cannot do is address for us the aims and politics of extreme versions of Islam & Jihad. What these contributors cannot do is engage in the matter at hand- a plot of '9/11' scale. What about the intentionally indiscriminate bombs of Hezbollah? What about the all the innocent Israeli children whose little bodies haven been ripped apart by an Islamic extremist, intent on getting into his/her paradise--at the expense of innocent little Israeli lives being snuffed out? Or does that even matter to you? Probably not, because, after all--they're "just Zionist pigs", right?

Remember that Saddam had many years to prove he had no weapons of mass destruction before the U.S. felt they had to go in. Oh, and were there any WMDs? Who will even know, since with all of Saddam's stalling for time, he had plenty of time to get them into Syria--OR maybe he was just bluffing all along. But he had plenty of time also to let the U.N. do their job. But he didn't. He consistently blocked their entrance into dozens of locations, with no explanation. Looks a little suspicious, doesn't it?

It is funny that certain people always think about Muslims when something like this happens. The Muslims are the replacemnet of the Soviet Union. If there is something wrong or israel or the US need a pretext to commit war crimes, blame it on the Muslims like before on the soviet union.

This is sickening news.... I'm so tired of hearing about Muslim terrorists blowing people up and killing innocent people--and it's especially sad that it has come to beautiful Thailand.

What's the answer? Martial law? Curfews? More and more clamp-downs?

I know the answer is NOT to give in to their demands--NEVER! If they aren't civilized enough to voice their grievances like civilized people, they won't be civilized (or satisfied) if appeased...

This is a party country and there is very little disrespect from anyside Thai, and farang alike. Keep trying to change the style here and I will bet you that this will change also.

This is outrageous and an INVASION OF PERSONAL PRIVACY! Now anyone can go look up the information on your passport (or anyone else's)!

Under the recent NATO Passport Act (NATOPA - enacted on Nov 2, 2001), every country in the world is required to make available to the public a digitized copy of each and every valid passport issued, in their respective country.

This has GOT to be stopped. Please see your local governments to block/put an end to this:
