List of witnesses against Trump cannot be secret in documents case, judge rules
I'm sure the judge had all the relevant information at her disposal when she reached her conclusion. No need for hyperbole here.

Well the judge obviously didn't think there was any risk from "trump extremests" as you so eloquently describe them.

Not working, just helping the wife
Technically not allowed. However, I am sure most of us have mowed the lawn, painted a wall, cut down a tree, cleaned a pool etc. all of which are not technically allowed. Personally I try to keep it as low key as possible when doing stuff on our farm. I wouldn't normally do much near the entrance to the property but I do till the dirt on my motocross track using my tractor, I also cut down any trees impeding the track and generally keep it tidy but the fields are a few hundred metres behind the house. Personally I would avoid contact with customers that could be construed as doing a job. You never know when someone from immigration will turn up, maybe in a private capacity and then see you "working". Sitting and having a chat with them would be fine, but I wouldn't start serving them drinks, checking them in etc.

Titanic sub firm: A maverick, rule-breaking founder and a tragic end
I think there is probably some taxpayer money involved but it's no different to rescuing someone from a mountain or maybe an elderly lady who has fallen from their mountain bike in a local bike race. I believe a lot of the negativity is from the jealous, bitter types who can't stand that people who have been more successful than them choose to spend their money on non essentials like this.

BREXIT is fuelling Britain's cost of living crisis, according to the former Deputy Governor at the Bank of England
Maybe you could look at recent economic facts as opposed to reciting 6 year old cliches? Germany in recession. https://www.reuters.com/markets/europe/german-business-sentiment-falls-further-june-2023-06-26/ EuroZone in recession. https://www.cnbc.com/2023/06/08/euro-zone-enters-recession-after-germany-ireland-growth-revision.html UK doing fine, avoiding recession. https://www.nytimes.com/2023/05/12/business/britain-economy-1q-gdp.html It would appear the "cliff edge" of leaving the EU was a myth. Nothing more than Project Fear. Charlie Bean should stop trying to blame the failings of the BOE on other factors.

UK and US advocate development of LGBTQ+ rights in Thailand
The last thing Thailand should be doing is taking advice on LGBTQ++ from the UK and the US. It's massively divisive there, whereas Thailand appears to have a much more sensible approach and far fewer issues. I would suggest these two go back to their respective countries and try to put their own house in order. Leave Thailand to resolve any remain issues here, of which there are not many in comparison.

House Weaponization Committee: Biden admin 'colluded' with Big Tech, 'facilitated the censorship of Americans'
No surprise here. Many of us have been saying this for a while but were predictably dismissed. Like with Hunter's laptop, the truth is gradually floating to the top, just a matter of time until it surfaces.

Hunter Biden investigation 'integrity' undermined if just half of IRS whistleblowers' claims are true: Turley
There is no trust in the investigation. Many feel it's just a matter of time until the truth comes out, the left are just delaying justice in the hope it happens after Joe's term finishes. A bit like Hunter's laptop, by the time the truth came out the impact had diminished since the elections were over. Justice delayed is justice denied.

Titanic sub firm: A maverick, rule-breaking founder and a tragic end
Without innovation you wouldn't be able to board a flight to Thailand. Would we have told the Wright brothers not to try to fly in case it ended up costing taxpayer money rescuing them if they crashed? Innovation often comes with risk. Nobody forced these people to get on the sub. It was their own free will. Was it reckless? Yeah probably, same as climbing mountains, same as paragliding, downhill mountain biking, big wave surfing, cave diving, Parkour. Should we regulate those activities as well? Maybe we can just lock everyone in their homes after working hours, let them pay their taxes on their approved devices and be "educated" by highly regulated BBC documentaries since any kind of fun or innovation potentially costs the government money. That would be very "safe", very "regulated".
