Also received. I am Australian, all Thai banks will be requesting this. Easy to fill out. If an Australian tax resident, even if retired and living in Thailand, with no Thai income no need to have TIN. Tick no for the US questions. As our Australian Information Commission says we don't have to provide our TFN (Australian tax file number) to overseas entities then you just tick "C" saying your country does not mandate disclosure of your home TIN / TFN.

I did one three days ago in Hua Hin. I paid 500 baht and got it in 15 minutes. You go to the back row of rooms behind the main building. They are located in room #4. You will need your passport and two recent photos. The room next door #3 can take your photo (8 for 200 baht) and make copies of your passport main page, visa and latest arrival stamp. You then fill out an application form and wait for them to finish.
It is now low season so not many customers when I went. Totally painless.
100% correct. I went today to Room 4, took just 15 minutes. Didn't have to submit my yellow house book either, passport suffices.

Why? Is the Tiger going to send his mates round to sort him out
This smells like a silly AI generated story from basic facts. Name withheld for privacy alongside their full address? Maybe mistake a tiger cub for a pussy-cat cat, not a dog.

I really wish the Thaiger would stop using Chat GPT to write its articles - the overuse of adjectives becomes exhausting to read.
Agreed. It's awful generic blah writing.

I hope we can now get all Star Alliance points on domestic flights with Thai. WE only gives for Lufthansa group.

I use Manager now, free, open source. I had MYOB for 20 years and they went to a stupid yearly subscription model too. I have five separate personal/ business accounts on it, very easy to use.

With a Thai partner, I love Khon Kaen. I think there's great European / Mexican food restaurants and a vibrant art scene. Plus we love plants so lots of great nurseries. Chiang Mai has too many busy tourists for me these days.

Hey Rooster, Any chance some technical on your team can convert your YouTube to text. I used to really love your written spiels - some of us won't open a video in cafes, places with people, so written text is much more accessible.

I would not have guessed 28 countries in Asia-Pacific; certainly not with parliaments.
There's 14 in the Pacific Islands plus Australia and NZ makes 16.

Good advice. I've been twice. The MySej app is easy to use, much quicker than ThailandPass. You can then get your COVID test within 24 hours either at the airport or any private clinic - I used the drive through tent at the KL Sentral arrival hall, where the airport train arrives. Immigration was a breeze too, no queues.

And as for the jet skis...... they've destroyed Khao Takiab

You're right of course. It's Hua Hin to Udon Thani and then we drive to Khon Kaen. Thx!

Hope they reinstate Hua Hin to Khon Kaen flights soon too

What's the exact name of the Thai AstraZeneca? Does anyone have it exactly on a certificate?
The story only lists COVISHIELD and AstraZeneca Covishield, AstraZeneca Vaxzevria as AZ brands?

Delivered from a country with a population of only 770,000. So the donation amounted to 19.5% of their population.
Pretty sizable wouldn't you say.
I wonder if the Bhutan AZ is close to expiry and can't be used in time in Bhutan? Would make sense to do a swap. Both countries benefit.

Nope. Check the EU approved for emergency list and you'll see the AstraZenica from India is also approved - equal footing with Phizer, Moderna .

Hi mate. Tick box "C", which says your Government (Australia) does not mandate disclosure of your TFN tax file number.
