Why is the police not able to check all those illegal motorbikes and cars rental that operates without any insurance? In case you ask those illegal rentals the confirm to have a proper insurance, for the tourist is not possible to check it out.

That's why you can go to the beach at the Navy base at Sattahip. The Navy don't like it but there is nothing they can do about it. 

All the talk of private beaches in Thailand are just a local 'arrangement' and if it was ever tested in court it would be found to be illegal.

Can be only illegal, like you wrote King Rama 9 give all the Thai beaches at disposal of the peoples, someone makes a really good deal with that beach.

I'm sure that none of the past and present government like to have Yingluck here in Thailand, she knows many things that can be embarrassing for someone...

Private beach???? Till today was the information that I have "all the beaches in Thailand belong to the King"...What is the truth???
