    no pity here sorry .... the boots on the other foot by the sounds of things, if she married a farang she would have most likely taken the house, car and money by now.

    there's nothing wrong with taking a drug test to ensure kids at school are not consuming illegal substances. It's done in the work place in many countries, it does not violate any human right .... the world needs less dogooders and more of just get the damn job done type people.

    the problem is Thais and Tourists go to these shows and as such are essentially supporting the cruelty. If nobody went they would have to close .

    well this is a nice change ..... normally it's Thailand miss-treatment of elephants that's being questioned, like the monkey shows in the south and the tiger shows, all very cruel and all should be shut down, place all the neglected and abused animals in a protected nature reserve / national park .

    I was with a guy from Canada yesterday and he was telling me he'd been cheated out of 4.5 million baht. I hear the same story every week over and over from expats here .... everyone who comes to Thailand gets cheated out of money, house, etc ...

    moral of the story ; never do any business dealings in Thailand, it's just far too risky and there are too many thai cheats and scammers. don't trust anyone here. That way you can't be taken ....

    Moonlover, if your 77 you need to seriously consider assistance in the years that follow, geezzee your 77 FGS so take steps to get care soon. Plenty of homes that will look after you. Check old-care and others.
