I live on my pensions. I will never have enough money to place in the bank (400,000 or 800,000). So which country would you suggest I move to?

I know this probably not the right forum so would a mod move it to a more suitable one. Thanks

i know of some people in similar position as yourself they have been told, all the visa offices will sort out your yearly visa for 15,000 baht.

    RIP and all that.

Apart from that I guess I will never understand what this "bringing home" is all about. He is dead. What's the point of transporting a dead body half around the globe?

I guess a cremation in a local temple will cost less than 1,000USD, probably a lot less.

Then they can send the ashes "home" or scatter it in a river or whatever.

Relatives at home can still put some flowers in a vase and if they feel like it pray for him.

    agree 10000000000000000%

The real "why" is "heart attack" at  age 30.

Perhaps they are wanting to bring him back quickly and un-embalmed so that a proper autopsy can be done. I would.

    Consider...

Car+Car seat (essential - you already mentioned this).

Accommodation - Child has their own room (some will naturally debate the necessity of this)

Nursery Education - Playgroups etc (not so costly)(

Kindergarten - Can be very expensive if at an International School (200k+ baht per year)

Primary School - Very expensive if at an International School (500k+ baht per year)

Thai Education - at the extreme detrimental cost to the child

Vaccination programs - Fairly costly in the first year or so (think about 12,000 baht per year)

Medical Insurance - a decent one will cost about 40k+ per year (BUPA, LUMA, AXA)

    Food - Relatively Cheap

Clothing - Variable (can be cheap to costly) but expect about 10,000 baht per year low end

Nappies - Costs add up (7-8 nappies per day at the beginning)

Toys - Variable (as cheap or as expensive as you are)

    pleased i had a vasectomy.

And as far as I know, ordinary women (i.e. not hookers) feel the same way about giving blow jobs to their boyfriends/husbands.  Hollywood is responsible for making it appear 'ordinary' for women to give their hubby's blow jobs, IMO!

Admittedly, it's not often a topic of conversation amongst ordinary women ????.

sounds to me like your either with or going with women that dont really like or love you or your not clean, (sorry) ive never had that problem with western or Thai women. quite the opposite in fact.
