  1. thanks bud, re. eurosport, i was told that was unavailable in Thailand, so maybe get to see British superbikes, (got a couple of mates racing in it) and the geographic channels that is all i watch in uk, and as to the "friend", thai lady lived here 33 years, just a very helpful person, and a shop owner (for a change) lol !!

    GMM has this one

  2. The screen shots. Cheers.

Thanks for those screenshots. Sadly and worrying for me is that my box is still skipping the channels 668 and 678.

Another thing is that my box seems to be different from yours. It`s smaller I think, but the menu`s are the same as "yabbra".

Not sure which box and subscription you have but I subscribed to the Gold package with True about 8 months ago and got a quite small box with HDMI cable and such. Any way to check if it`s any updates available?

I reg for new channels last september and it took 2 days to upgrade

  3. Apart from the games at 2300 and 0300 those at 0500 will make if difficult for some to watch then get to work, school etc on time and the couple of games at 0800 will really cause lots of lateness if not actual absenteeism.

05:00 not problem, everybody wake up that time. Easy to watch while eat breakfast and get ready to work. And couple of games at 08:00? Only one and it is sunday morning smile.png

  4. There was this schedule before, many games in ch7&8. Enough for me

But now there is new, only 22 matches

  5. Like BB has already said, 365 sport or Thai expat tv, 600 baht a month, can't see why all the fuss really unless your a skinflint of course laugh.png

Everybody here does not have good enough internet for streams, but if I had, I would never pay 600b for something I could get free. There will be dozens of free streams when wc starts. But as said, internet is crap so I have to watch what is on tv.

But your not getting what you would get on Thai Expat for free are you you numpty ?

1.Your not getting every game for free as they're not showing all of them.

2.Your not getting every game with English commentary for free.

    3. Your not getting the choice of when you want to watch the games for free.

So get your money out and pay for a faster Broadband and Thai Expat you old tightwad. biggrin.png

    3.

Maybe it is my english or maybe is just you.

    But onemore time.

I don't have broadband internet and it is not available where I live.

But if I had, I would not pay 600b for expat tv.

Because, there will be free streams for sure.

Then I could get every game free, yes, there will be streams.

English commentary I don't need but I'm sure there will be streams with that too, free.

Choice when watch is live, why anyone would watch delayed football matches? And btw, there will be streams, live, free.

  7. 2. Has this crackdown been applied to those exiting to Laos for making a tourist visa? Or is it only the 30 day Mae Sai / Rayong deal? Please don't infer. Only if you know or have personal experience.

They will not stop you from leaving the country to get a tourist visa in Vientiane.

They only stopped people from leaving in Mae Sai and that is because they would be stuck on the other side of the border with no where to go,

It is not the same as crossings into Laos, Cambodia or Malaysia because you can travel within those countries to get a visa.

What if Vientiane did not give you visa? Someone could have too many TR in their opinion? Can you come back to Thailand in landborder, getting 15/30d stamp?

  8. I'm trying to understand her timeline of visa-runs:

After arriving in Phuket in October, Ms Sgibneva left to get a three-month tourist visa in November. She then completed a visa run in February. Subsequently, she left the country on March 21 for a visa run, then again to visit friends in Kuala Lumpur on March 30 and April 18.

    - Arrives sometime in October, (presumably by air ==> 30 day visa exempt)

    - Leaves within that 30 days to get a 3-month tourist visa

    - 3 month tourist visa expires sometime in February and she does (I assume) a 15-day visa-run to Ranong

    - Another Ranong visa-run on March 21st (so she must have been on overstay) - gets 15 days

    - Leaves (assume by air) to visit friends in KL, not on overstay

    - Returns from KL on unknown date, will get 30 days visa-exempt

    - Goes again (assume by air) to KL to visit friends, not on overstay

Now unless immigration know something about her that we do not know (criminal etc), it looks like she did 2 visa-runs to Ranong, (one on overstay), and left Thailand well within the validity of her subsequent visa exempts.

So why was she denied entry at the airport???

Russians get 30 days stamp on landborder too. Bilateral agreement, thais don't need visa to Russia

  9. Where you can find good massage in Nakhon Sawan? There were 2 good place near busstation but those are now full of 18yo iphone teenagers who only want give you happy oil massage. Just need someone to work on my back and shoulders.

Going up Dawadeong (with Fairyland behind on the left) at the second 7/Eleven the road forks with Dawadeong going right-ish, go a bit to the left, (in between the food carts) and lesss than a hundred yards up, just after the hotel is a quite respectable looking massage place. Never been in there so cannot vouch for their quality or integrity, but have noticed that they do not seem to offer an oil massage. Sorry do not know the name of the soi or hotel.

Don't go too sharp left as this will take you into Soi Champ.

Hah, I missed this message. I know hotel, it's Home Resort and I'm quite sure massageplace you told is the place where this hotel gets their massage service, and yes, incall in hotel it was good. Too bad every hotel was full last saturday, this one too, so I could not get in to it.

    It was 2012 / 2555

No need to upload any whatever, it doesn't change the fact that,

1 - BBC Entertainment was never part of Platinum or any other package, it was always 'A La Carte'
2 - It has not been deleted
3 - It's name has not been changed

I'll leave it there, as I really have no idea what you keep going on about. All this talk because some channel numbers have changed. It's always the same, it seems the fuddy duddies can't handle the stress of adjusting to the new numbers, the outrage of it !!

Can you believe one guy posted earlier that it was annoying having to tap in 3 numbers to get a channel.. <deleted>

You lot are a bunch of pathetic jokers.

    totster smile.png

A "fuddy duddy" I might be, but hey, you certainly have had your say as well, so welcome to the club. What else can I say, you even deny the truth, even when I presented it to you, or do you think I faked the Platinum package Channel list....

You have never presented only platinum channel list, your img.pdf has all channels, not just platinum and down you can see remark: "channels are  accessible according to the package subscribed."

I assume You have platinum package and You could watch BBCE sometime before?. Maybe You got upgraded for sometime as I got upgraded to platinum from gold. For platinum members they gave ala carte channels. It happen sometimes when they have promotions. I got upgrade last time when I signed up for new channels on truevisiongroup.com. Had platinum  3 months (or 4?) and paid only for gold

  11. Rori, FYI True Movie Hits is now channel 5 and KBS World is now 245 (or 232 in HD).  The other channels you listed I haven't found yet.  Some of the ones you listed, like Discovery Science, Discover Home and Health, BBC Entertainment, HBO Family and Disney Channel are all "a la carte" channels and are not included in my package.

What there is to found? All in here, just click you package "icon"
