For the record, we have 2 similar true aircard with 2 similar iNet 599 net package. Both have capped to 384kbps as we used that 2 GB data but only my number is now capped to 64kbps after 2 weeks in 384kbps.

I put other true sim on aircard with no package, I got full speed, didn't really used it much but clearly no fault on aircard.

Help on True chat can not do anything, said some tech officer will contact me by email. Great.

8/12 nobody call or email me

9/12 new contact to true chat ->can not help ->nobody call or email me in 24hr

10/12 call 1331, can not help, someone will call after 2PM

Got the call, lady seems to understand the problem but said my speed is 384, no problem.

She want I send to her speedtest result for 64.

Agreed. But they probably (and understandably) thought he was drunk. Can you imagine how you would might behave if a drunk driver smashed into you and your friends, killed at least one person, and wreaked that kind of destruction? You might want to throttle him too, especially if he is uncommunicative etc. Even the police suspected he was drunk until tests showed that was not the case.... [it shouldn't happen, but it's not so surprising that it did].

And this is why some thaidrivers run away.Not drunk, just scared to get killed.
