I would imagine older people would die of stress.

What is wrong with Thai government hospitals? They are a fraction of the price of private hospitals, many are well equipped. I used to see 3 different specialists at Bumrunggrad. They all also work at government hospitals and I now see them at these and get charged about 10% of what I get charged at private hospitals. Some are better than private hospitals. One in particular is Mahiaraj in Chiangmai. .
