Who says I work illegally?The app was programmed years ago in Germany and is now sold by Microsoft. They send me relatively small amounts of money every now and then. 

But if I have to file a tax return every year for that, I'd rather waive the money.

To be a little more precise: Microsoft sells my app, but the turnover is very low. They require the TIN to pay the VAT directly.
The turnover is probably less than 20000 Baht per year. If I commit myself with the TIN to have to file an annual tax return, then I prefer to waive the turnover.
 

A business partner requires me to provide a Tax Identification Number. I know where and how I can obtain it, but I am not aware of the consequences. Do I then have to have a tax consultant and file a tax return every year?

So far, tickets were offered in packs of five at 500 Baht. This was already overpriced, but it was widely accepted.
But now the sellers in Pattaya are demanding 600 or even 700 Baht for it. But I think this is exaggerated.

That's not true! My Non Immigrant Visa from 2006 is transfered in 2016 to my new passport. That's why I don't need the old passport anymore.

The bank letter shows the balance from the current day. That should do it.

You got the letter - but what about the bank book? how was it updated to the exact day?

With other banks you have to make a small deposit to the account at the counter, which then updates the passbook to current date.
