Rumour has that it, that the owners, Woodward and the board have approached Mike Bassett.
P.S. I have been a United supporter since 1956 and never in my memory have I been so disillusioned by the board and direction of the football team I have followed all these years.
Shame on you Glazers, Woodward and board.

I have supported Manchester United since 1956 and since then I have read read all sorts of comments. slurs and praise over the years.
This post on the Manchester Evening News regarding the team's loss to the Young Boys is worth quoting here.
"If Matt Busby were alive today he would turn over in his grave"

Rick, that wasn't just a drab affair, it was a diabolic display by players that think they should be playing more often.
Oh for the days of the hair-dryer treatment.

R.I.P. Colin Bell.
One of the game's greats.

Is that score for his display of him tripping himself up conveniently in the penalty area. If so, I'd give him a 10 for that
Sorry BJ.
Whilst I admit you are trying to add a bit of humour to the thread, experience and reviewing several video replays ( and I watched it live on TV), it was certainly a foul on Pogba in the penalty area. A tad "softish" I grant you, but this type of tackle is simply not allowed in in the modern game.
Now in my day.............
(and sadly I still have the scars to show for it)

For my third suggestion I offer up Django Reinhardt who lost the use of 2 of his fingers.

That was easy for an old fella.
So going back in time to my era :-
Who broke Ray Woods jaw in the 1957 F.A., Cup Final and who replaced him ?
This annoys me me to this day as does Nat Lofthouse's charge on Harry Gregg the following year.
