Thai immigration online 90 day reporting system (2025)
I obtained a new passport and transferred my visa at CW about three weeks ago. I attempted to complete an online 90-Day yesterday, however it was rejected. Apparently, I need to attend in person given the change in passport. In order to avoid the 90-Day queues, which I noticed were significant, I am considering a visit to CW in the late afternoon. If I were to arrive at 3pm, would I be able to obtain a ticket to be seen?

Marriage extension - Pathum Thani - Some changes.
I submitted my application at the CW offices several days ago. My observations: I usually download most of the requisite forms from the official immigration website a month or so before visiting in person. i.e. TM.7, STM.2, STM.9, and STM.11. I haven't been able to locate a downloadable STM.10 form (Affidavit of Family Relationship to Thai National), so if anyone can assist me that would be useful. Two photos outside the property and two inside (bedroom and lounge) as usual. For a number years now, I have made a point of updating my bank book and obtaining a bank letter the day before attending immigration. I then update the bank book the day before obtaining the visa stamp, as they usually want to check before stamping my passport. Given that I am an owner/occupier, I use the official TM.30 online facility to maintain a record of my residence. This year for the very first time I did download a single document from the application detailing my period of stay, which I submitted with my application. After the officer had gone through my papers, stamping and initialling as necessary, they were handed back to me. I was told to photocopy each page and return immediately. This request hasn't been made of me at CW in the past!

TRUE/DTAC Prepaid SIM 'Account' Self-Service Numbers
'Your request is being processed. Please wait for SMS in your inbox.' I'm still waiting for an SMS an hour later! "What did they say when you called them to ask?" - That's my last resort.

TRUE/DTAC Prepaid SIM 'Account' Self-Service Numbers
Once upon a time I used a DTAC prepaid SIM for the primary purpose of making and receiving calls and SMS. I restricted my usage of the Internet by using only local Wi-Fi connections. I was able to make use of DTAC's self-service numbers in order to inhibit my phone from connecting to the Internet whilst I was roaming around the Kingdom. At the there were two separate numbers to deactivate and activate the Internet, which no longer appear to exist! Does anyone know if this is still possible following the merger between TRUE and DTAC? The reason I ask is that I have recently noticed my prepaid phone balance draining markedly!

UK Passport renewal - email received 'send us your passport' 2 weeks after applying?
If a red UK passport expires in October 2025 and one were to apply for a nice new blue UK passport in July, 2025, and assuming it arrives in the next few weeks ... does the new passport include the extra couple of months still remaining on the old one or not?

Future Transfer of Visa to New Passport
Am I also correct in my understanding that the British Embassy in Bangkok or their representatives no longer provide passport authentication certificates?

Future Transfer of Visa to New Passport
Excuse me if this is the wrong thread. Nevertheless, has anyone recently transferred their visa stamp(s) from an expired passport to an renewed passport? Apart from the following information, is there anything else I need when I visit the immigration office at CW:- New passport Old passport Copy of old passport Copy of current 90-Day renewal slip (just in case) The last time I went through this procedure I had previously procured a letter from the British embassy authenticating my new passport. However, I don't believe they issue such a document any longer. Thanks!

UK Passport renewal - email received 'send us your passport' 2 weeks after applying?
Please confirm that one is permitted to retain their expired passport when the replacement is issued. The last time I renewed was in 2015, and as I recall the office staff in a building near to BTS Nana clipped my old passport at the time I applied for a new one, and then once I picked up the new, my old one was retained.

Changing DNS settings on an AIS Fiber router
I began experiencing the very same issue reported above a few weeks ago in Bangkok. It started with the Daily Mail's website and then extended to a number of others, and can only be circumvented, in my case, by using a VPN. It only very recently occurred to me that the cause of the problem is my AIS Fibre internet connection. Before I attempt to contact the nice people at AIS, has anyone else encountered such situation and/or can offer a solution other than using a VPN?

UK Passport Renewal in Chiang Mai – Residency Proof + Visa Questions
RE: Renewing a British Passport (with no changes) : Supporting Documents: "Name and address and/or residency evidence" I last renewed my passport in Bangkok with relative ease, and the time has come to repeat the exercise. I am unable to recall what evidence I provided ten years ago showing my name and address in Thailand. Will either or both of the following suffice: : Thai bank Statement : Thai driving licence
