I train pretty serious a few times a year or if the mood strikes me.....just eat what is in front of me and not worry about the perfect diet......most of the serious meatheads at my gym usually just need to get their eyes checked because they spend so much time staring at themselves in the mirrors.....?

Most of the time I avoid the traffic and walk, but in times of need I fly with my friends...????

New guy in the hood on Soi 8 late 2004... In need of a ride back to my room...Ban PO apartments on 3rd Road near the Pattaya klang intersection...ask Baht Bus driver for ride.....only cost me 700 baht for the ride.....found out the next day it was only 10 baht for the ride back to Soi 8....???
