Reminds me of the time I had over a million baht in the TMB and when it came time for my interest payment the manager told be not possible to give to farang...?  Got in touch with the big boss in Bangkok and from the sounds of it the local bank manager was the one getting my interest payment on the side.....lol....Took a few months but got my interest and withdrew my money out of the bank and back home to the USA.....slept like a baby ever since....surprise...????

Hordes of them all over the beach concession lady for Coconuts today with her politely saying they are 50 Baht each with them time after time saying 3 for 100.....in the end I stood up and politely said to them they are 50 Baht EACH either buy them or go somewhere else...... Good 12 of them now handing over their 50 Bahts. Embarrassing for all around. Italian guy besides me said well done mate.

Been making the trip from Pattaya to  Ekamai to Pattaya for the past 10+ years and never seen or heard of an express bus going either way?  You must have a secret source?

Especially at Eckamai you have to make sure you are in the right line. Last time I was there it was just inside on the right. The fare will be somewhere in the low to mid 100s. Sad to say in both directions was on the 108 Baht special.....no such thing as an express bus as far as ai know....please point me in the right direction if you know something news.??

I have been using the motorway from Bangkok to Pattaya and back since it was just a two way road.....that use to take some 4+ hours to get from one spot to the other.....now it is a four lanes, sometimes five lane path.....so one would think that travel time would improve?  I never travel on the weekends thinking that travel Tuesday to Thursday would be the safe bet?  This past week i made the adventure on Wednesday afternoon and it took me over 4 hours to get to Ekamai and on the return trip on Thursday mid day just under 5 Hours to make it back to my hotel on Pattaya Klang.  Of course it did not help that the bus made a refueling stop just outside of Pattaya.....which seems to be the norm these days for some reason. As far as I can see, the problem will not be getting any better in the future once they add the new toll booths to the equation.....pretty much dreading my monthly trips back and forth to Bangkok these days.....pretty much torture.....sad to say....????

The same amount as I have invested in my coin operated gf.....ZERO....and sleep very well knowing the score......lol...?

Just an FYI....flew in from Kenya on Kenya Airlines at about the 1:30 pm hour.....it is always a crap shoot at Immigration thus the need for the Premium Pass as a fall back plan....IMHO..??

Oh my travel Buddha, so happy to have a Premium Pass yesterday at the airport....?  The Immigration line was down the ramp and over to the walk way belt yesterday afternoon.....was the biggest mes I've seen in the last 10 years!!!   Mostly Chinese I might add......???

Guess everyone heard they were doing clean-up in Pattaya and Sin City is on its last legs.....lol....????
