    As far as I know, some people living near the couple (foreigner man/Thai woman) called authorities for the noise that they listen every day from them: loud music I think. IO and police shows up and he paid the 90000 and still there. But it's just a story they told me, so don't know if is real or not.

    It's something that happened to someone and they told me: whether it's possible or not, I ask for your opinion. Is it possible that a foreigner, with 189 days of overstay, paid 90,000 THB to avoid being taken to the IDC? The check should have taken place for the signaling of a neighbor bored by the constant shouting of the foreigner and his wife/fiancée.

    Same experience. Done that route few times on daytime, no problem. The only time I have done that by night was during Songkran. My bad I did not book the ticket, so they put me on the 00.30 bus. At the only checkpoint, police check every people on the bus. They even didn't ask for the passport but as I saw all Thais hands out their ID, I do the same with my passport. The officer even did not take a look at it.

    I always used Lazada, but after they don't refund me what they should refund, I changed to Shopee. Right now, after four years using them, no issues at at all. Finger crossed.

    I ask this question because starting tomorrow, for 48 hours, I won't be able to sleep. Have any of you ever faced this situation? Can it be harmful to the body? Could it bring physical problems in the immediate future? Thank you

    I remember one guy in Suvarnabhumi that tell the story about a sick daughter and avoided the blacklist. At that time I overstayed for 2 days and we were togheter at the immigration counter waiting to pay the fine.

    I don't understand someone's answer: when someone asks a question about something, in this case about overstay, it doesn't mean that the author is guilty of anything, in this case overstay. IMHO.

    So: the envelope with the money reached the destination on February 2nd. The local post office kept it until yesterday and now is in the process to travel back the the post office where I sent it, cause he doesn't go pick up it. As well, during this time, never answered my messages or answer my phone. Now when the envelope with the 1500 will reach back here, ready for the chapter two of this story.

    That's the answer I was looking for: I asked it to just to compare with other countries. For example, if I am not wrong, in most of the European countries is not a criminal offence, but just administrative.

    If someone is overstayed and the passport is about to expire, does the Embassy still renew the passport and can the renewal be precluded given the overstay? Thank you

    The EMS guy went to his apartment twice, nobody there. I gave him the envelope tracking number and told him to go and pick up it with his passport at local post office. Called and messaged him from yesterday, no reply. How long the envelope will be at the local post office?

    It's almost three hours I cannot send money through my Government savings bank application and this error pop up: E:PPESB:0004 Anyone use the same bank and have the same issue? Thank you.

    We kept in touch during these 10 days: from he side he never spoked about the money and from my side as well as we plan to meet again around mid of February. And the day i opened the post I read his message about repay him or go to report me.
