Friend’s flight from Manchester to Phuket with Qatar didn’t take off on Thursday and they were put on a different flight yesterday. She needs wheelchair assistance and Qatar haven’t changed this over. She’s just arrived at Doha and the wheelchair was not there for her. That is now sorted (as she collapsed ) but do you know any contacts in a Phuket airport who can make sure the wheelchair is there for her? She had a brain injury as a child.
