If you are vaccinated
- Buy ticket
- take a test before flying
- if clear fly
- arrive at Thailand ....err that's it
anything more complicated people will not come

What did you expect the police to do for you with someone who can't pay you for the damages. They can fine her that is about it. Do you want her in jail ? Its no fun to be left with damages but can't expect the police to be the ones that get the money for you. This is a problem between you and her or between your insurance and her (best option)
Dos he want her in jail ? more like a public flogging i would imagine

STILL QUARANTINE though isn't it when "box" says no quarantine
vaccinated tourist are unlikely to want to put up with this, especially when combined with a "scrapped" COE thats nowhere near scrapped

The end of day balance is still above the 400k so i would have thought it should be ok
BUT i am no expert and depends on IMO
or
As you are in Pattaya maybe an agent could "point this out" or smooth this over with Immigration officer for a smallish fee ,worth a try

I would also hate to think how many vaccines that money could pay for to save people's lives which appear to be worth nothing here.
Maybe it will 'P off" the countries the Thais are touching up for free vaccines as well

If, if it's in your mind to try and find some way to circumvent the 6 month or more waiting period for a third jab I'd seriously advise you stop doing that. The waiting period for a booster is set in place on very sound historical medical vaccination experience and knowledge.
Regardless of medical history you cannot really travel with sinovac as one of your vaccines so you need a real vaccine quickly as a booster
I think that is a major issue, certainly mine!

I really shouldn't say it BUT
Thailand's IQ problem really does seem to evident here and i presume most of these gentlemen are supposedly "edumacated"

as advised by many on here you would have been better to stay clear of sinovac if you plan to travel - getting an approved vaccine not only means the brand but also what constitutes fully vaccinated which means how it was administered and in what dose
Whats the problem just need another AZ dose staying
away as you put it would mean not being vaccinated at all in my area
A far worse option
I am sure I can get an AZ from here which is now recognized between now and jan

So!
How is this water going to reach the gulf if not via the Chao Phraya River?
And if it is possible to divert the water directly into the Gulf, why don't they just do this every time to avoid flooding?
You are just being difficult now????

Well sorry IMHO (apologies if you dont agree)
If you are NOT vaccinated you are one of the people who SHOULD NOT be flying or entering the country!
