Believe it or not ThaiVisa was registered in HK from day one (as Expat Network) however many years ago that was, the company changed to Tessanet when the forum was sold by George and has been ever since.
The only thing that's changed is that Tessanet is now on the forum copyright notice.
But also Hong kong was 'relatively free" until very recently, anyway from other news of rampant covid i guess there are more important things to worry about

Their testing is defective. If they were smart, they'd pour significant resources into a national PREMPTIVE TESTING drive.
Alas, they are not smart.
A friend of mine lives in Turkey They are getting similar daily numbers to us here only difference they are testing vasts amounts of people (100s of 1000s) daily

Siam Bioscience has already started manufacturing the vaccine. It's not that difficult for a company that already makes biologics.
But it was a motorcycle repair shop before!

Why do tourists from BKK flock to the Prachuap region this weekend while the hotels were deserted in the past few weeks, this is the real question to ask?
How can you expect to control the spread of the epidemic if all leisure travel remains open?
Yes they have had the heads up
very noticeable Klong Wan full of these well to do infected Bangkok "cluckers" today believe me listening to locals near me apart from maybe the hotels they are not welcome
My Mrs. is from Pha Padeang originally and has heard them in 7/11 today

Slightly of topic but i used to use Sheraton In Sanaa supposely 5 star actual fact it was more like a 2 to 3 star on a "good" day

Are you saying you are voluntarily submitting your passport to the Thai postal system and bureaucracy, both at the same time?? What is wrong with your brain??
You don't send your passport!
Never realised that1
Not that i do online or mail 90 day stuff but i was always interested when people said do 90 day by post why they risked sending a passport

Whilst we know NHS does not cover you
It is inexcusable that Thailand s not vaccinating by age regardless of nationality as in other countries its not like they haven't had time to prepare .
The general response to organization, enrolment for all people both them and us , vaccines procurement and distribution has been nothing but a shambles a deadly one at that , but those in charge are both shameless oh and vaccinated so what do they care
The Thai first policy also does not sit well but with the light of the government not surprising
I suspect foreigners here will not forget this debacle quickly!

From what read registering at a few of the local hospitals is proving a better idea.
My local hospital in Prachaup has its own registration system on which locals can enrol
Sinovac or AZ

One that has very strange requirements that is not in the written rules.
For example some offices were wanting the 400k baht in the bank for 3 months when only 2 months had been required for a extension based upon for many years.
What is a " Rouge " immigration office ?
I think the humour was missed, poster meant
- Rouge is a colour a red powder or cream used as a cosmetic for coloring the cheeks or lips.
- Rogue : vagrant, tramp. 2 : a dishonest or worthless person : scoundrel. 3 : a mischievous person : scamp.

Thailand to vaccinate vulnerable groups faster as critical cases rise
in Thailand News
Posted
Health authorities had initially aimed to vaccinate those groups first, but supplies were diverted to factory workers, communities with big outbreaks, and the population of the island of Phuket ahead of this week's reopening to foreign tourists
So basically lets make money.......people can just die!
