Pheu Thai party wants the House speakership and 14 cabinet seats

I think they are already on the darkside. They only exist to get Tony home - at any cost. Once that's achieved they are expendable. -

CC: Hi fellas thanks for the invite. ST: No worries. Boddingtons? CC: Yeah, go on then. AC: Well hi everybody. Lot of farangs here. Can I have a lilac water? CC: Why is he here again? ST: He’s the undesirable necessity. CC: Ok, So ST, it’s a balance of wants you see. (breaks into Aritha Franklins song Think) You need me and I need you, without each other there aint nothin people can do. AC: (Singing along not knowing the words) Yeah yeah. ST: I understand CC. TS wants to come home. CC: Correct and PW wants power. AC: I’ll help, I’ll help, can I, can I? CC&ST: Shut up AC and let the grown ups talk. ST: We need to get rid of nong Pt first. CC: Already in the works son – orders from above. If we agree this new coalition then the deal is done. AC: Can I join? Can I, can I? CC: You’ll do as your told AC and like it now cork it, there’s a good lad. ST: But what about our ‘PT will never get involved with the military’ stance - the PT voters will erupt. They will never vote for us again. CC: A core part of this deal is Once TS is back TS will retire and PT will not run for election again. Anyway PT is expendable. TS couldn’t care less what happens to PT it’s only ever been his tool to facilitate his return. ST: You mean I could be out of a job? CC: More than likely but not for 4 years though. ST: Oh. But what about the trouble. Last time it was only us on the streets. This time you will have both red and orange to deal with. CC: The reds don’t worry me because we will control the money. Without it they won’t protest. We can push through a few of the smaller easierpolicies of both the reds and oranges to show the minions how much we also want change. ST: They are young, smart and savvy C. They won’t fall for that and will protest from their hearts. CC: Yes, but I have the army and 112. So are you in? ST: Yep. Cheers. CC: Cheers. (Slurp) Do you have any Leo? AC: I’ll help. Please let me, please. CC&ST: Jesus shut up A. What’s the score? AN: Same as last time. The people: 0. The elite: 1 again.

I wouldnt put it past them. How much value do that put on getting Tony home? Interesting interview on Al Jazeera where there was some tension between MFP and PT reps over MFP policies. I dont trust PT at all. -
Chiang Mai residents turn to sarcasm in desperation over PM2.5 pollution

Actually it did with the wires in BKK. Suggest a high profile actor gets here and posts on his facebook page the disaster that is. Thais dont watch Al Jazeera, BBC or German TV. -
‘He asked me what I would do if I came to take care of the country. I replied that it was very easy. The land of Thailand, Thailand is for patriots. The land of Thailand is a holy land with the monarchy being the pillar of the country. If you don’t like it, you don’t have the right to change it. Because the whole nation of Thai people wants to keep it like this. If you don’t like it, please go to another place. That is not forbidden. Go. Which country do you like? But Thailand must always be like this. Under the United Thai Nation (Ruam Thai Sang Chart) Party, we will not change. If we are supported by the people of Thailand as the leader of the government, we will deal with racists,’ Mr Peeraphan declared. And here in lies the problem.

Change to the Science Centre pool (9 lane 50m) at Ekamai. 50 baht a swim and 600 baht annual membership for everybody. When they reopened from Covid we all got a years grace on membership fees. I still go to this pool when in Bangkok. Just as an aside I live in the country now and my local pool (9 lane 50m) has no membership fees and is 10 baht a swim for everyone! Have to do a 60km round trip to visit though but I love my routine swimming exrecise so no real issue.

Many spew their hatered for Markel on a superficial level but noone seems to want to talk about the dark relationship the 'firm' has with the media and how manipulative that is. Aside from the theatrics, tears and daytime tv drama, this was the underlying theme of the doco. -

A little off topic for the OP but interestingly when your online 90 days reporting is in regular swing they have no idea what location you are reporting from. -
