I don't know how many went to a Trump rally, but I suspect every one of those that voted for Trump, but don't wear the hat or attend his rallies are exactly the same as yourself. What the woke Trump haters don't understand is that for most they voted for his policies and not because they like him personally. It's why I support him on here.

I'm no expert but from personal experience IMO that is not true, or just BS. However, IMO once a day is about right, and 3 a day is not a good idea at any age. I have to do it less, but that's nothing to do with compromising my health. It's just too much like hard work to do it every day.
