My wife got the same, with a special offer at around Baht 5,000 at Central.
It works fine, easy ed effective. Non only for fries.

Toyota way too expensive on many accessories etc.
Eight months ago we bought a new Avanza, came with two sets of keys (with the remote to open / close doors etc).
We asked for the price on of extra set of keys ( with the remote.....)
We got two shocks:
1. Price 5,800Baht for a set plus the cost of delivery from Japan.
2. Dumb (but beautiful) sales girl tried to give my Thai daughter in law a blunt lecture about how we should make our family arrangements to ensure original keys are passed around as needed. Son Thai stepped in and scolded the girl for her insolence. Sales girl got annoyed and told my daughter in law she was rude to even ask about extra keys in the first place.
You lucky! With the top of the stable Chevrolet Trailblazer they gave me one copy of electronic key and one emergency plain key.
Additional one is 6000 Baht on order

How? Do you have a link to the Internet adresse?
You need the code on the Speednavi GPS device and one in your car book. Then follow the instruction. They will ask you a transfer for the charge and then follow th (not easy) instructions or/and call the company telephone operator.

I updated the map of my 1 year old Chevrolet Trailblazer for a mere 800 Baht (Korean brand Speednavi)
I did myself by internet and following the instruction from a micro SD card

Common in the early days of Phangan, Now less used, but still present mostly in Haad Rin.

Koh Phangan instead is now full of dormitories. It's the new trend. More expensive than a bungalow with up to 1000 Baht a bed and shared toilet (!) on FMP days.
But I dunno about Koh Tao.
My modest suggestion is to find a cheap bungalow on the beach (if still some left) and enjoy the wonderful island of Tao

The FMP organization and the local administration move the party the next day when there is an important Buddha celebration (usually the day of the full moon)

Bogans and chavs on vacation. Let's hope the Immigration police and narcotics suppression cops cart this riff raff off to prison in a convoy of cattle trucks.
Lucky they don't make you Prime Minister...

16) Not to discuss the specifics of prostitution.Thailand has a visible sex industry, and acknowledgment of that fact is not forbidden. However ThaiVisa is not the place to seek or give information on this topic, regardless of your sexual habits, preferences or orientation.
