  1. I know, you told me before but I' m not interested in a Thai passport.
  2. No problem with that, but one question for the doctor. Where can we get our vaccines? Can we sue the government for not providing them?
  3. On paper you can get it when you have worked and paid taxes for 3 years. After 25 years I still don't have it as they (immigration) make their own rules up along the way. Married, adult children (now) , company, work permit etc etc. Don't mention it to much over here because experts (selfmade) will tell you that you don't know a thing. Ubonjoe is the only person I would trust on this.
  4. FYI, if you are married and get divorced you get 50 % of the value all the assets you acquired after the marriage unless you made a contract.
  5. Your are entitled to your opinion but you actually don't answer his question. It would be my pleasure to provide the rusted razor blades ????
  6. Yes it is a police wing. Most of them do it during their officer course the are trained in Hua In. You can find a fatal accident clip on google of one of their cadets.
  7. Yes, but if you mention it, people will say "shut up" you don't know anything. After 30 years I have seen my fair share of corruption in different police branches.
  8. One can ask the job description of the TAT, fake figures or checking bad agents? An agency in CNX was know to do the same with fake tickets, it was run (on paper) by................ the wife of a POLICE officer.
  9. What about the doctor involved? Suspended, license revoked? Should be moved to Bangkok Hilton and work there for a while they short of medical people over there. Oh yes, he just got another candidate, another police doctor that should join his team.
  10. May be true but why give him with a military rank if he is not serving? 1. He is in active duty as a doctor with the police, 2 he did his lor dor and is a reserve Officer (army), 3 he is doing his military service at the police hospital.
  11. Smoking is not on the list. When they wrote down the rules (2000+ years ago) smoking was not discovered yet. You can avoid the money rules by using a credit card (plastic) or by putting it in an envelope.
  12. Both my sons were born in Mae Sariang. Cost 500 baht local insurance + 2500 baht envelope for the delivery team (C section) around that time (mid 90 ties) it was 100.000 baht + at Ram en 50.000 + at Mc Cormick in CNX. For many poor people it is a financial decision with no options and for those with money more like an emotional decision out of safety concern. All check-ups were done before we moved to Mae Sarriang, because of my job (away from home) it was better to stay with her family. Both C-section on appointment (4.125 gr and 4.520 gr). We had a private room ( bathroom running water and typical Thai toilet) as in the ward we had a lot of refugees who just got a couple days to deliver and then had to go back to the refugee camp. Our room was more like 200 baht guest room,at the ward with 15 beds, you had in average 2 people extra per bed sleeping on the floor to help the mother. I took care of my wife (washing and cleaning) as the nurses only gave injections and took care of the medicines. Another team of aid nurses took care of the babies. FYI the C section was performed by a normal doctor only 3 available at that time in the Mae Sarriang area. Once at home my mother in law took care teaching her daughter how to do it. BKK hospital is good but don't forget it is a business, Overbrook is also private but has Christian roots. While in Chiang Rai we always used Overbrook for our customers in case we had a medical problem on the tour.
  13. Posting TAT news is asking for BS reactions, TAT "news", should be blocked until they can prove their figures with facts.
  14. As people mentioned (complained about it) before mostly the Hi So and those who can afford plane ticket are probably in that 11% group ???? I suggest you contact the TAT for their figures bet they are more positive ????
  15. If you are talking about Singapore you are right :). Domestic flights is all they have at the moment, many countries put Thailand on the red zone list.
  16. The Palestinians and most of the arab world will be happy about that, they should thank China and India. FYI I did not say I was happy with that.
  17. Well, can I see his job order? That probably means that the whole chain of command should be in jail. I remember a case where they saved the people from a hospital about 20 years ago where Burmese held the people hostage. They all died and they almost forgot to remove the handcuffs before letting the journalist in.
  18. You mean ABAC? Depends on the Major, aeronautical engineering is the most expensive one.
  19. Probably the supermarket, who provided the plastic bags, filed complaint ????
  20. Honey or brown sugar? He mus have been genius setting up an online business 20 years ago while almost nobody had a PC let alone internet connection. How come his superiors are still walking around free? Do they not check a person before getting promoted?
