40K is the minimum, I rather set a lower salary expectation than have disappointed candidates.

I had to replace a pump recently in Surin and I called the local pump guy who was able to get a replacement locally for a 1.5 hp pump, which I changed to 2hp so the customer would be happy for their own mistake..... The replacement cost 12k.

Nicely enough, the pump guy got the old pump rewound for 2k.

I am back in Australia, but I will advise him to go back to the airport with the documentation I have been able to help him get together. Thanks for the help.

I met up with a friend of mine form Australia who got his 6-month tourist visa.

We were chatting away over a few beers around my pool and I asked him to see his tourist visa, as I have actually never seen one. While looking at his passport, I noticed there was no entry stamp. I asked him what happened at immigration and he said that he went through immigration ( not exactly sure how ) following some air crew and ended up in baggage pick-up.

He has been in Thailand nearly a month now and doesn't know what to do. Additionally he threw away his boarding pass into the BBQ at my place. Maybe he is a bit dumb, but still a nice guy.

So, it was left alone for the last week and my wife gave it a vacuum on Sunday, this is what it looks like about an hour ago - I don't see a problem with the filtration.

The pool is working fine and only needs the vacuum once a week so I am happy. The leaves and the bugs get in the skimmer basket and tossed out each morning.

I left the liner over the side of the pool to prevent scuffing of the metal wall.

So I have got my 10 meter semi in ground pool installed and the Salt water Chlorinator is working fine. There was not too many arguments with my wife.

I decided to set it semi-inground, so there is nearly another meter of pool underground.
