At which day did you get the second AZ jab? I got my second AZ on 30 September and I tried to book for Pfizer booster on 23 January....but it was refused with explanation that I did not meet the standard of the Ministry of Health

My second AZ jab at Bang Sue Station was on 30 September and with the DTAC app I registered for a Pfizer booster on 25 January : I could not fill in my nationality because they never heard about Belgium (so I filled in N/A as if I were stateless) I got a reply that my request was refused because I did not meet the standards set by the Ministry of Health. Can I go for a walk-in vaccination at the Thai Japanese Youth Center in Bangkok (I live in Pathum Thani)?

Where could I apply on time for a booster jab (I have the 13 digits of my AZ jabs) : shall I go to a private hospital and eventually pay for it?

Sorry but I/O in Pathum Thani is more difficult ( I am staying in Thailand based on a Non Imm O visa with yearly extensions) Until 6 or 5 years ago they accepted my Affidavit about monthly pension in English. Then they required during 2 years legalization of the signature on my Affidavit by the Belgian Embassy (indeed my Embassy does not confirm that my income declaration is correct and they can only confirm that it is my signature). A few years ago I/O required also a Thai translation of my Affidavit including the legalization by the Embassy. Next step was to go to the Consular Office of the Foreign Ministry at Chaengwattana and get from them a Thai legalization of the Belgian legalization. For this reason I have switched to the other solution i.e. money in the bank 2 months before applying for an extension.

I can only reply based on my experience as a Belgian : if you can use the 800.000 / 400.000 deposit then you do not need to go to your embassy and only get a letter from the bank (with photocopy from the updated bank book). The Belgian Embassy does not certify income but legalises my signature on an affidavit in which I declare my income and then I would need a bank statement confirming by monthly transfers. If the Irish Embassy can certify your monthly income then you could also use their letter but it has be translated in Thai and legalised at the Consular Department of the Thai Foreign Ministry

I was accompanied by my Thai wife (university educated) and she went to ask but got a 3 minutes explanation on how to get the certificate online which did not work....may-be you did not do a walk-in without appointment but used an invitation.

I got my jabs with AZ at Bangsue Station without appointment for the first jab (walked in with only passport as a 75+ old man) Mor Phrom still want the 13 nrs of my ID card which I don't have

Thanks JJBloke Like you I went to Bang Sue the first time - without appointment for the 75+ early July - and I went second time end of September. However when I asked the staff at Bang Sue how I could get a vaccination certificate they could not give a clear reply. Question : did you use the LINE QR code as shown in the middle of the lower part on my vaccination document which go two stamps to confirm vaccination (see attachment)

I agree with you except that living many years with low vitamin D3 can cause serious problems : since read about it on Youtube I asked at my yearly check up to include vitamin D level in the blood analysis..... and it was so low that I now take 5000 IU a day (I import from the USA and Thai customs do not tax it)
