  1. I want to fly from Germany to Australia via Bangkok. However as I want to make the stopover in Thailand upon my return, I want to know if I can leave part of my luggage at Suvarnabhumi for about one week. Is there any company I can contact to pick up my luggage and keep it until I return?
  2. Be careful because you could become resistant to our last line of defence.
  3. I get now also those crooked calls on a phone which I open not more than once a week and with only 3 correspondents for the LINE app : how did the crooks get my number ...or werre my provider's data hacked and then sold ?
  4. I tried tablets of 10 mg (more than recommended) and it did not help. https://health.clevelandclinic.org/melatonin-how-much-should-i-take-for-a-good-nights-rest/
  5. I have same experience with orders from iherb.com in California : their prices are much cheaper than those sold online in Thailand / I never order for than 3000 THB and I never had to pay import tax / shipment costs are cheap
  6. Some readers seem to think that the 140,000 Baht is for the personal benefit of the Juristic Person Manager ......it goes to the account of the condominium (= all owners) on which for instance also the common fees have to be paid. The JPM is appointed by a General Annual Meeting to operate this account under the supervision of the Committee. and I cannot imagine that a JPM would go to court without a vote by the Committee.
  7. I was refused entry to a flight from Delhi to Bangkok and the next day I came back with an additional cheap ticket from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur.....The Indians tried to stop me again but then I could convince them that the Thai Immigration would be responsible and not them....Once arrived in Bangkok no problem at immigration

  13. Next to diabetes and obesity also blood cloths can cause severe cardiac problems ...and there are also the rare case of cardiac arrest : let the autopsy make the conclusions
  14. Many doctors speaking on Youtube on this subject think that there should be no problem up to 50.000 IU of D3 a day but human beings are not computers and everybody is different. I play on the safe side with 2000 IU of D3 a day when I noticed that my blood analysis of 25(OH)D indicated 22 ng/DL - although in theory enough to avoid serious health problems - I decided to get this increased to more than 30 ng/DL (I combine D3 with 100mcg of Vit K2/MK4 to divert formation of calcium to the bones and not to the heart or the blood vessels) Cleveland Clinic in the USA is a good source of information vitamin-82307.pdf (clevelandcliniclabs.com) Vitamin D Deficiency: Symptoms & Treatment (clevelandclinic.org)
  15. Interesting but in this hot climate I stay 100% in air conditioned rooms or areas which explains that many Thai people, except may-be the rice farmers, have low D3 levels. How many IU or mcg of D3 did you take daily ?
  16. As long as there are strict and long passport and customs checks at Lao and Chinese borders a Hi Speed train makes no sense ...or will this train be only one wagon?
  17. Vitamin D3 is in fact a hormon which is stored in the liver : it can be toxic with a dosage of more tha 50.000 IU or 1250 mcg a day / look at Youtube what the UK Dr John Campbell says on this issue....he is providing his sources and not selling you anything / in one of his video he says that he takes 2000 IU a day and that is why I do also but I combine it with 100 mcg of Vitamin K2(MK4) to divert the produced calcium to the bones and away from the heart and blood vessels (49) Vitamin D dose - YouTube
  18. I am not a medical professional (but I graduated in astrophysics so that I can read reasonable well medical science) : if you take 1000 IU of D3 per day in a single tablet you should be OK / after a lot of reading I am taking 2000 IU a day combined with 100 mg K2/MK7 to direct the calcium produced by D3 to the bones and not to the heart region/ some people prefer to take 5000 IU of D once a week because D3 is stored in the body and that is also reasonable / I would not dare to take over a long period 100.000 IU of D3 per day because according to the famous Mayo Clinic it can be toxic / https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/expert-answers/vitamin-d-toxicity/faq-20058108#:

  20. When I lived in Pakistan long time ago, I did not like local women to enter the swimming pool "fully dressed" without taking first a long shower : indeed those dresses can contain a lot of pollution
