  1. There's a chance that my visa will not arrive on time for my flight.Meaning I might have them send me my passport back without the stamp. Can I still get my 30 days stay when I arrive at airport ,stay 30 days, and then fly out of country and back and get another 30 days.Plus my flight documents shows that I fly out in 2 months.

  2. I know this topic been beat to hell but I always buy a dbl entry TR visa because I stay in country for 6 months. But this time I'm only going for 2 months. Can I just get my TR visa at airport for 1 month and then extend it another 30 days when time comes? My understanding is that it's 1000 baht at airport otherwise it's a lot more expensive if I get it here in America first.

  3. Turns out everything was left in house. The landlord said Thais are scared to come into house when someone dies.Plus all I get from neighbors is compassion and helpfulness. The only thing that was taken was his ipad and the police kept that.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app

  4. My brother recently passed away here in Bangkok.Me and my other brother came from the States to retrieve his ashes and take care of any paper work needed done. But he was renting a house that he bought and fitted with many appliances, furniture, air conditioner, etc.I havn't been to house yet so don't know what is still left. But wondering what rights I have about removing all his stuff.I imagine the land lord would want the house restored and cleaned back to its original status.I have a house in Surin so I could use a few things.Does anybody think I need to get a lawyer.Today we look over any papers he has but unfortunately he lived alone here, except his GF's so not sure what documents there are. Thanks in advance for any advice and we don't think there was any foul play in this .But we need to wait for the autopsy which might take as much as 6 weeks ?

  5. Many of those who get involved in MLM are at the end of their financial tether. No job, no prospects, no income. Plus outgoing commitments.

MLM seemingly offers them a way out, but unfortunately the system pressures recruits to leverage the two remaining things of value which the system wants them to lock into.

Those two things are family network and two, friends network. Get them involved and get the next layers of the pyramid up and running.

So the recruits play both their friends and family and finally they have reached rock bottom.

    sounds so sad

  6. Anyone that thinks it is necessary to consume hyped "Nutrients" is deluded.

Food, which humans need anyway, contain all the "nutrients" required to sustain healthy living.

As for Multi-level-marketing ........ perhaps the ideal medium for Thais, as they are so easily led and believe anything they are told.

However, the fall out rate in MLM is massive. (Can't imagine why!!!!)

yes all the nutrients you need are found in whole foods, the problem is that many humans don't eat right. There fore suppliments are one way to get those much needed vitamins and nutrients.

  7. Herbalife?

Its all the same crap. The headline sales pitch is the selling of boring biscuits, juices etc but the attraction is the pyramid establishment of sales forces under each person who then buy their stuff from the level above. Those nearest the top do best. Those who flunk have boxes of unsold junk piled up in their rooms.

First of all pyramid programs have been illegal for years now.Amyway for instance is # 1 direct sales company in the world and that program is 60 years old. There have been many changes since Amyway started. There are no stock that is collected only product sold to buyers which is shipped directly to them.

  8. Wouldn't a multi million dollar nutritional company have an HR department that would approach the recruiting of "sales associates" from a more traditional manner, i.e. recruiting from within the nutrition and pharma sector? This way, qualified experienced sales associates would be gained. Other firms use referrals and in that way obtain access to a sales rep with a network. Many of the ethical and honest firms recruit at universities and then send selected candidates on a training program.

Hopefully, prudent people will give the post a wide pass.

Look up direct sales, network marketing on youtube and that should answer your question. It's all about people selling now no experience necessary just motivation.

  9. My gf wants to start a small buss. At our house.Does she need to register or get any licenses to have a buss. She wants to sell beauty products.I thought if it was a registered buss. It might help her later in life with getting a visa to USA.Plus I have a company and if I put both our names in the buss. Might show a reason for us to come back if we ever applied for a tr visa.

  10. the B visa would be good for a year?

Probably not from the DC embassy.

You can get a one year multiple entry non-B from a smaller honorary consulate with an invitation from your company.

thanks for info probably just get the dbl entry here like usual.I had the year visa and work permit but let them laspe because I was a idiot and didn't relize how tough it is to get them now.

  11. The DC embassy website shows the fee for a tourist visa to be $40.

If you only want a single entry and want to stay longer you could make a trip out for another visa but the overall cost would still still be more that the cost of getting it in the states.

If you have documents showing you have a Thai company you could get a single entry B visa ($80) from one of the honorary consulates which is cheaper than a tourist visa and 30 day extension (approx $66).

the B visa would be good for a year?

  12. I'm a USA citizen and I usually get a dbl entry visa because I stay in country for 6 months. But after 90 days I always have to go over the border and back to get next 90 days and I have to pay for the one day visa in Cambodia and I forget what I pay Thailand when I come back in.My first question would be if I only get a single entry visa and I have plane reservations for 6 months stay will I have any problems with that.I have a company in Thailand and am thinking of changing my visa so hesitant about getting a dbl visa for the extra money. My second question is it cheaper to go some where for a little holiday and just apply for a new tr visa instead of paying a bigger service fee and dbl consular fee, which is about 75-100 $ more.

  13. I want to go south to beach and was thinking of Krabi or Phuket.I'm not looking for wild night life but I might fool around a little.I drink very little and I like staying in guest houses.Been living in Surin and looking for a little down time before I go back to the States.Possible go to islands for kayaking, diving, etc.,are the national parks open now?

  14. My TR visa expires on Dec.1 and I'm leaving on Dec. 4th 5:55 am.So that would be 3 days overstay? Which would be 1500 baht,or I do extension for 1800 baht. The thing I worry about is that I'm flying down to Krabi and when I'm coming back will they give me problems at airport? If any thing happens to me while I'm on overstay can I get in serious trouble?

  15. I have unlimited company which I havn't used but have been paying taxes for last 5 years. It was set up in Pattaya with company that specializes in start up companies. There's me and the company share holders who make up company. A couple questions.Since I only have 49 % in company can they take over any of my assets in the future.I want to add my brother to company for his new bussiness, which would be in Bangkok.I don't have any employees per say now but he will be adding a couple. Is there any problem in that senario?Plus can I change the share holders at any time.Maybe just me,my brother and 1-2 Thais we can trust?I am coming to Pattaya and Bangkok next week and would like to meet with a lawyer to discuss this.I would gladly pay for any services this would require.

  17. Too bad you don't live in Surin I'd love to play you in tennis. As for the gym I go solo and just do cardio and some rehab excercises. It is tough finding friends here, mostly know guys who like drinking and chain smokers not a lot of fitness nuts. And the ones not in the bars are at home doing their own thing and you don't see them out and about.
