Just to add one thing, when my business deals with a thai company I always have my thai staff call. What I can never understand, I will ask my staff to call company A and order 3 widgets. The conversation should be less than 30 seconds but for whatever reason they end up on the phone for 5 minutes talking about god knows what.

This was from USA and I believe it costs around $6,000usd which included a stopover in germany where they have the facilities to let the dogs out and spend the night. I left a few days before the dogs so by the time they got here I was ready and waiting.
