Hello sir, please explain why you are sending PM's trying to sell your protein. Maybe its time you paid for advertising.

  2. that is correct, beware of the pay at post, see my string thread for reference. They will often add extra charges and since the receipts are in thai you won't know until its too late. The new official thai post in rawai does have a service charge, but its only 20baht and easily verifiable on the thai post website.

  3. Yes its normal I ship items made of heavy iron, upwards of 100 kilo at times and I always tell my customers that they will have to pick it up at the main post office.

A freight company is normally cheaper, but you still may run into the problem where they will just bring it to wherever their office is in the province and after that its up to you.

  4. from wikipedia:

Swedish meatballs are traditionally served with gravy, boiled potatoes, lingonberry jam, and sometimes fresh pickled cucumber.[1] Traditionally, they are small, measuring one half inch in diameter. In the United States, there are a number of variations, based on the assimilation of Swedes in the Midwest.

Not sure, but in the US at least the gravy uses sour cream in the sauce and normally served with a broad egg noodle.

  5. the reality I was speaking of is the realization that one is wasting their time in Thailand in pursuit of some below minimum wage job whilst their peers in their home countries are gaining degrees and moving ahead in life. The reality of having to return home one day only to find themselves unemployable. The reality of wasting what should be their prime working years. That sort of reality.wink.gif

  6. fingers-crossed that it's western fare, BillR! i loathe the sai yuan 7-11! saw the new family mart near the crepes place...it's not open yet...

Opens tonight I think. Family Mart is Japanese owned, so should have different variety to 7-11
